Özet
Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, 2004 yılında ilköğretim programını yeniden yapılandırmıştır. Yeni programda amaç, çağın gereklerine uygun, öğrenmeyi öğrenen, eleştiri yapabilen, yaratıcı düşünebilen bireyler yetiştirmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ders kitapları hazırlanmıştır ve kullanılmak üzere eğitim ortamına sunulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından hazırlanmış olan 2004 İlköğretim Türkçe Programının ve Türkçe ders kitaplarının öğretmen ve öğrencilerce görünümünü belirlemektir. Bunun yanında çalışmada ayrıca, 2004 İlköğretim Türkçe Programı tanıtılmış olup söz konusu olan bu programın 1981 Türkçe Programıyla benzer ve farklı yönleri ortaya konmuştur. Bunun yanında Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından hazırlanmış olan 4. ve 5. sınıf Türkçe ders kitapları incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, çalışmanın amacı ve önemi, problem ve alt problemleri belirlenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, 2004 İlköğretim Türkçe Programının tanıtımı yapılarak 1981 İlköğretim Türkçe Programından farklı yönleri belirlenmiştir. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından hazırlanmış olan Türkçe ders kitapları incelenmiştir. Son olarak, konuyla ilgili yapılmış olan çalışmalar belirtilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde çalışmanın yöntem ve tekniği ile ilgili bilgi verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde 4. ve 5. sınıf öğretmen ve öğrencilerine uygulanmış olan sormaca metinleri SPSS for Wimdows Paket İstatistik Programında incelenmiştir. The Ministry of National Education made renovations in the Primary Education Program in 2004. The aim of this program is to educate individuals according to the requirements of the modern age; to maket hem learn ?learning?; to enable them to criticize, and think creatively. For these purposes, course books for schools were published and introduced to the education world. The aim of this study is to determine the vision of the new course books in ?Primary School Turkish Language Program? and ?Turkish Language Course Books? by the teachers and students. Moreover, in this study the 2004 ?Primary Turkish Program? is introduced and the similarities and differences between this program and the 1981 program are studied. In addition to these, the course books in 4th and 5th grades published by the Ministry of National Education are studied, too. In the first part of this study, the aim and the importance of the study, and the problems and the sub-problems are determined. In the second part, the 2004 Primary School Turkish Language program is introduced and differences between this program and the 1981 program are studied. The Turkish Language course books published by the Ministry of National Education are studied, too. Finally, the studies relevant to this subject are revealed. In the third part, the methodology and the techniques of this study are introduced. In the fourth part, questionnaires which were answered by the 4th and 5th grade teachers are studied in SPSS packet istatistic program. In the fifth part, there are the results of the study.
