Özet
Yeni dünya düzenini kurma çalışmaları doğu bloğunun yıkılmasıyla birlikte yeni bir boyut kazanmıştır. Bunlardan biri şüphesiz finansal küreselleşmedir. Belirli dönemlerde uygulanan para politikalarının geçersizliği, savaş sonunda ülkelerin mali problemlerle karşı karşıya kalmaları ülkeleri finansal küreselleşmeye yaklaştırmıştır. Bunun sonucu olarak sermaye hareketlerinin serbestleşmesi, mal ve hizmet ağının sınırsızlığı gibi küresel kavramlar ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu kavramlarla gelişmiş ülkeler özellikle Suriye’yi ve Ortadoğu ülkelerini küreselleştirmeye çalışmaktadır. Çalışmada literatürden yararlanılarak kavramsal ve teorik açıklamalar yapılmış ve 22 sorudan oluşan anket formu Adana ili Çukurova Üniversitesi TÖMER’de eğitim gören 190 Suriyeli lisans öğrencisi üzerinde uygulanmıştır. SPSS programı ile veriler yorumlanmış, frekans ve tablolarla Adana ilinde ikamet eden Suriyeli lisans öğrenciler baz alınarak küreselleşme çerçevesinde para politikaları ve dönüşümün Suriye ekonomisine etkisi ile Suriyeli göçmenlerin sosyo- ekonomik ve demografik yapıları arasındaki farklılıkların analizi incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda küreselleşme çerçevesinde para politikaları ve dönüşümün Suriye ekonomisine etkisi ile Suriyeli göçmenlerin sosyo- ekonomik ve demografik yapıları arasındaki farklılık arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır.
The efforts to establish a new world order have gained a new dimension with the destruction of the eastern block. One of them is undoubtedly financial globalization. The invalidity of monetary policies that was implemented in certain periods has brought countries closer to financial globalization in the face of financial problems at the end of the war. As a result, global concepts such as the liberation of capital movements and the limitless nature of goods and services have emerged. With these concepts, developed countries are trying to make the countries of the Middle East globalize especially in Syria. In this study, conceptual and theoretical explanations and related research studies are performed with the survey questionnaires that consist of 22 questions was applied to 190 Syrian undergraduate students studying at TÖMER University of Cukurova, Adana. Data were interpreted by SPSS program and with the frequency and tables, the effects of monetary policy and transformation on the differences between Syrian economy in the framework of globalization and the analysis of the socio-economic and demographic structures of Syrian immigrants have been examined by the sample of Syrian undergraduate students residing in the province of Adana.
