| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma örgüt düzeyinde liderliğin kültür oluşumundaki ve sürdürmedeki rolünün ve öneminin belirlenmesini incelemektedir. Çalışma kapsamında; örgüt kültürü ayrıntılı olarak açıklanmış, liderlik ve liderlik türlerine yer verilmiş, son olarak, örgüt kültürünün oluşturulmasında liderliğin rolü ve önemi ve örgüt kültürünü korumanın yolları ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda işletmelerde örgüt kültürünün, örgüt yaşamının sürekliliğini sağlamanın örgütün hedeflerine ulaşma özelliklerini taşıdığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Diğer taraftan bu çalışma, liderlik ile örgüt kültürü arasındaki ilişki ve örgüt kültürünün oluşturulmasında ve sürdürülmesinde, liderin rolünü ve önemi göstermektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study examines the role and importance of leadership in the formation and maintenance of culture at the organizational level. Within the scope of the study, the organizational culture is described in detail, explaining the types of leadership and leadership. Finally, the role and importance of leadership is explained in the establishment of organizational culture and ways to preserve the culture of the company. As a stady of this research, it was revealed that organizational culture has the characteristics of achieving organizational goals and ensuring organizational life. On the other hand, the work shows the relationship between leadership and organizational culture, and the role and importance of the leader in establishing and sustaining organizational culture. | |
