dc.description.abstract	Günümüzün en önemli toplumsal sorunlarından biri de hiç kuşkusuz suçtur. Dünyada olduğu gibi, Ülkemizde de toplumsal yapı üzerinde olumsuz etkileri bulunan suç olgusuyla mücadele edilebilmesi, herşeyden önce suçu oluşturan dinamiklerin iyi bilinmesini gerektirir. Suçun ortaya çıkmasında, hem bireysel özellikler, hem de toplumsal yapıya ait özellikler etkili olmaktadır. Bu yapısal özellikler, suçun oluşumunda olduğu gibi, toplumların suçu algılayış biçimlerini de etkilemektedir. Diğer bir deyişle, toplumların sahip olduğu norm ve değerler ile bunlara bağlı olarak gelişen toplumsal ilişkiler bütünü, suçun tanımlanmasında ve toplumun suça bakış açısında belirleyici olmaktadır. Toplumsal düzenin sağlanmasında ise, yine bu belirleyici kurallar ölçüt kabul edilmektedir. Bu nedenle, çalışmamızda suç ve suçluluk kavramlarıyla birlikte, toplumsal kuralların kaynağını oluşturan değer, norm, sapma gibi kavramlar da açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Sonrasında, suç teorileri ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiş; suçu ve kadın suçluluğunu açıklayabilme potansiyelleri değerlendirilmiştir. Dünyada ve Türkiye'deki kadın suçluluğunun genel görünümünü istatistiki veriler ışığında irdelediğimiz bu çalışmada, Kayseri örneğindeki kadın suçluluğu, eski hükümlü kadınlar, cezaevi uzmanları ve sosyal çevre araştırması kapsamında yapılan görüşmelerle ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, suç teorileri, resmi istatistikler ve yapılan görüşmeler yordamıyla, suç olgusunun ve kadın suçluluğunun Kayseri'deki profilini ortaya koymak ve bu alandaki literatüre katkı sağlamaktır. Çalışmamızda, suç kavramı, sosyal bir olgu olarak kabul edildiğinden; kadın suçluluğunun, sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel nedenleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Demografik yapı, aile, eğitim durumu, altkültürel mensubiyet, sosyalleşme süreçleri, yetiştirilme tarzı, ekonomik koşullar ve kültürel yapı gibi dinamiklerin kadın suçluluğu üzerindeki etkileri irdelenerek, Kayseri'deki kadın suçluluğunun nedenleri sorgulanmıştır. Çalışmamızın sonucunda, Kayseri'de kadınlar tarafından hayata karşı ve vücut dokunulmazlığına karşı işlenen suçlarda, aile içi şiddete maruz kalma ve namusunu koruma gibi nedenlerin; malvarlığına karşı işlenen suçlarda ise daha çok kültürel faktörlerin etkili olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
dc.description.abstract	One of the most important social problems of our day is undoubtedly a criminal. Just as it is in the world, our country can be struggled with the crime which has negative effects on the social structure requires that the dynamics that constitute the crime are well known before all else. In the outbreak of crime, both individual characteristics and characteristics belonging to the social structure are effective. These structural features, as well as the formation of the crime, are affect the way in which the society perceives the crime. In other words, the norms and values that societies possess and the social relations that develop depending on them are determinative in defining the crime and in the society's view of crime. In ensuring social order, however, these decisive rules are considered as criteria. For this reason, we have tried to explain concepts such as value, norm, deviation which constitute the source of social rules together with crime and guilt concepts in our work. Later, crime theories were examined in detail; the potential for explaining the crime and the criminality of the woman has been assessed. In this study which we have examined in the light of the statistics of the general appearance of women accused in the world and in Turkey, the criminality of women is handled over Kayseri example. The aim of this study is to reveal the profile of crime and the criminality of women in Kayseri by means of crime theories, official statistics and interviews conducted, and to contribute to the literature in this area. In our work, socio-economic and cultural reasons of female criminality have been tried to be determined, since the concept of crime has been accepted as a social phenomenon. The causes of female criminality in Kayseri were questioned by examining the effects of dynamics such as demographic structure, family, educational status, subcultural affiliation, socialization processes, breeding style, economic conditions and cultural structure on female criminality. As a result of our work, in Kayseri, crimes committed by women against life and body immunity; like domestic violence exposure and honor protection; whereas crimes against property were more likely to be influenced by cultural factors.
