Özet
Altay Köyü'nün kurulusundan önceki süreçte halkın kültürel, cografi geçmisleri belirlenmistir. Altay Köyü'nün kurulusundan itibaren cografi ortamın kültürel duruma etkileri tespit edilmistir. Etkilesimin sonucunda ortaya çıkan sosyo-ekonomik ve sosyokültürel özellikleri belirlenmistir. Tespit edilen kültürel degerler tanıtılmıstır. Öncelikle Kazak kültürünün temel unsurları incelenmistir. Orta Asya'da Kazak kültürel degerlerinin yasamı nasıl etkiledigi ve yönlendirdigi incelenmistir. Kazak kültürel degerlerinin olusumunda yasanılan cografyanın genel özelliklerinin etkinligi tespit edilmistir. Göçün sebepleri, Kazaklar'ı göç sürecine getiren olayların tarihi incelenmistir. nsanların kimliklerini, inançlarını terk etmektense topraklarını, yurtlarını bırakmayı göze aldıkları belirlenmistir. Göçle birlikte Türkiye'de baslayan yeni yasam, yeni yasamın basladıgı cografyanın özellikleri incelenmistir. Bu cografyada eski kültürel degerlerin korunup, gelistirilmesi ve çevreden etkilesim miktarı belirlendi. Altay Köyü'nün kurulusu, Altay Köyü'nde göçün etkileri belirlendi. Altay Köyü'nde yerlesik düzene geçen Kazak kültürünün burada geçirdigi degisim, bugünkü haliyle sosyo-kültürel ve sosyo-ekonomik degerler tespit edildi. Altay Köyü'nün problemleri ortaya konularak bunlara karsı alınabilecek önlemler belirlendi.
The cultural and geographical background of the folk has takes place before the construction of Altay Village has been determined. The effects of geographical environment on cultural condition that have been seen as from the construction of this village have been determined. Socioeconomik and sociocultural features which have appeared at the end of this interaction have been determined. All these cultural values have been defined. At first, basic elements of Kazakh culture have been examined. It has been examined how Kazakh cultural values have affected and directed life in Middle Asia. In the formation of Kazakh cultural values, effectiveness of its geography?s general features has been determined. Reasons of migration, history of events that have taken Kazakh to the migration have been examined. It has been concluded that people have ventured to abandon their homeland instead of giving their identity and creep up. The new life which has begun in Turkey after migration and the gualifications of the geography in which this new life has started have been examined. The protection and the development of ancient cultural values in this geography and the amount of their interaction with the environment have been determined. The change of Kazakh culture which has become settled in Altay Village; today?s sociocultural and socioeconomic values have been determined. The problems of Altay Village have been brought out and the measures against them have been determined.
