Özet
Bu çalışmanın konusu TBMM Kütüphanesi?nin Yazma Eserler Bölümü?nde “06 TBMM (LD 1450) Yz. 3” numarada kayıtlı olan Mecmû?a-i Eş?âr ve Münşeât?tır. 19. yüzyıla ait olduğu bilinen eserin derleyeni belli değildir.69 varaktan oluşan eser nazım ve nesir parçalar içermektedir. Nazım kısmında, nazım şekli olarak yoğun şekilde beyitler karşımıza çıkarken nesir kısmında fetva, ilaç tarifi, dua gibi parçalar nazım kısmına nazaran daha hacimli bir şekilde yer almaktadır. Belli bir tertip düzeni bulunmayan eserde genellikle kime ait olduğu belli olmayan nesir ve nazım kısımlar mevcuttur. Çalışmanın ilk kısmında mecmualar hakkında genel bilgiler verildikten sonra eser tanıtılmış ardından mecmûanın muhteva ve şekil incelemesi ele alınarak çalışmanın amacı ortaya koyulmuştur. Eserin içerik ve şekil özellikleri belli başlıklar altında bu bölümde verildikten sonra ikinci kısımda ise, eserin transkripsiyonlu metni verilmiştir ve eserin nazım kısımlarında vezin bozukluğu mevcut kısımların dışında vezinler gösterilmiştir. Sonuç kısmında eserle ilgili değerlendirmeler yer almıştır.

In the first part of the study, after giving general information about the work of magazines magazines were introduced and then review the content and form are revealed by considering the purpose of the study. Author and shape properties of the content provided in this section under certain headings in the second part after the work has been awarded the transcribed text and verse parts of the work out of existing parts in the metrical rhythm disorder are shown. In the conclusion of the assessment has taken place with the work.
