Özet
Dünyada son yıllarda yaşanan aşırı nüfus artışı ve iklim değişikliği tarım sektörünü günümüzde stratejik bir sektör haline getirmiştir. Bu nedenle büyük işletmelerin tarım sektörüne yatırım yaptığı görülmektedir. Tarım sektöründe büyük işletmelerin yatırım yaptığı önemli alanlardan biri de meyve bahçeciliğidir. Büyük işletmelerin meyve bahçeciliği alanına yatırım yapması, gerçeğe uygun veri ve bilgi üreten muhasebenin de bu sektör açısından önemini artırmıştır. Bu çerçevede meyve bahçesi sektöründe belge ve defter düzeni de önemli hale gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada tarım sektöründe ve tarım sektörün önemli bir alt dalı olan meyve bahçesi işletmelerinde muhasebenin gereği, belge ve defter düzenin önemi incelenmiştir.
The agricultural sector has become a strategic sector through the excessive population growth and climate change around the world in recent years. Therefore, it has been seen that large enterprises have been invested on agricultural sector. The investments on orchards have been an important part of agricultural investments. The investments on orchards by large enterprises has been increased the importance of accounting that produce veridical data and knowledge. In this context, the bookkeeping procedure also has been important in orchard sector.
