Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye deki spor teşkilatlarında çalışan personelin farklı kadro tiplerine ve çalıştıkları kurumun statüsüne göre örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarının göre değişip değişmediğini belirlemektir. Van Dyne, Graham ve Dienesch (1994) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı ölçeği veri toplama ölçeği olarak kullanılmıştır. Tarama modelindeki araştırmanın örneklemi Gençlik ve Spor Genel Müdürlüğü'nde ve spor federasyonlarında çalışan ve tesadüfen seçilen 651 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler ve çoklu Varyans analizi (MANOVA) uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre katılımcıların görüşleri çalıştıkları kadro tipi ve kurum statülerine göre değişmektedir. Tek yönlü varyans analizi sosyal katılım boyutunda (F(3, 647) = 3.79, p<.05) ve bağlılık boyutunda (F(3, 647) = 3.46, p<.05) istihdam olunan kadro tiplerine bağlı olarak anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir (Tablo 4.). Tek yönlü varyans analizi bağlılık boyutunda (F(1, 649) = 3.75, p<.05) istihdam olunan kuruma bağlı olarak anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir
The purpose of this study was to identify if the organizational citizenship behavior varies according to employment cadre and organization status of the personnel who were employed in the sport organizations in Turkey. The Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale which was developed by Van Dyne, Graham ve Dienesch (1994) was used as data collection instrument. The sample of the survey type study was composed of randomly selected 651 personnel who were working in Youth and Sports General Directorate and sports federations. In the analysis of the data discriptive statistics and Manova was conducted. According to the results the organizational citizenship behavior level of the subject group showed variation. According to the one-way variance analysis significant differences were identified in social participation factor (F(3, 647) = 3.79, p<.05) and in loyalty factor (F(3, 647) = 3.46, p<.05) according to the cadre type in which the personel employed. One-way variance analysis which was conducted to identify if any difference occured in the OCB levels of the employees according to their organization status revealed significant difference in loyalty factor (F(1, 649) = 3.75, p<.05).
