Farklı tohum miktarı ve sıra arası mesafelerin yonca (Medicago sativa L.)'nın ot verimi ve bazı verim özellikleri üzerine etkileri

Özet
Bu araştırma Niğde ekolojik koşullarında yoncada farklı sıra arası ve tohum miktarlarının ot verimi ve bazı verim özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 2020-2021 yılları arasında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada Nimet yonca çeşidi üç farklı sıra aralığında (10, 20 ve 30 cm) ve dört farklı tohumluk miktarında (1, 2, 4 ve 6 kg/da) incelenmiştir. Deneme tesadüf bloklarında bölünmüş parseller deneme deseninde dört tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüş, sıra aralığı mesafeleri ana parsellere, tohumluk miktarı ise alt parsellere yerleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada bitki boyları 67.5-71.7 cm, yeşil ot verimleri 5351-8501 kg/da, kuru ot verimleri 1244-2019 kg/da, ana dal sap çapı 2.30-2.48 mm, bitkide yaprak oranları % 45.8-47.3, bitkide sap oranları % 52.5-54.2 arasında değişmiştir. Araştırmalar sonucunda, yonca da yüksek ot verimi 10-20 cm sıra aralıklarında ve 4-6 kg/da tohumluk miktarlarında belirlenmiştir. Ancak yonca tohum maliyeti ve kuru ot fiyatları da göz önünde bulundurulduğunda 4 kg/da tohumluk miktarının denemenin yürütüldüğü 2 yıllık süre için uygun olabileceği öngörülmüştür Bölgede yoncanın ekonomik ömrünün ortalama 5 yıl olduğu dikkate alındığında ilerleyen yıllarda dekara kullanılabilecek tohumluk miktarının azalabileceği, bu bakımdan benzer araştırmaların uzun süreli yürütülmesinin daha sağlıklı bulgulara ulaşabilmek için önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. This research was carried in order to determine different row spacing and seed sowing rates on hay yield and some yield characteristics in alfalfa, during the years 2020-2021. In the study, cultivar Nimet was planned in three different row spacings (10, 20 and 30 cm) and four different seed amounts (1, 2, 4 and 6 kg/da), and the row spacing was placed in the main plots and the seed levels in the sub plots. The experiment was conducted in randomized blocks in a split plot design with three replications. According to the two-year average findings, plant heights are 67.5-71.7 cm, fresh forage yields 5351-8501 kg/da, hay yields 1244-2019 kg/da, main branch stem diameter 2.30-2.48 mm, stem rates in the plant are 52.5-54.2 %, leaf ratios in the plant varied between 45.8-47.3 %. According to the results obtained from the study, it was concluded that it would be appropriate to cultivate alfalfa in 10-20 cm row spacings and 4-6 kg/da seed amounts in order to obtain high yield and abundant leafy (quality) grass from clover in Nigde ecological conditions. However, considering the cost of alfalfa seeds and hay prices, it was predicted that the amount of seed 4 kg/da would be appropriate for the 2-year period in which the experiment was carried out. It is thought that its long-term conduct is important in order to reach healthier findings. Keywords: Alfalfa, row spacing, seedrate, hay yield, leaf stem ratio
