| dc.description.abstract | Halk edebiyatı, yaratıcısı belli olan veya olmayan, sözlü gelenekte yaşatılan tüm ürünleri kapsar. Sözlü gelenekte de şiir önemlidir. İlk insanlardan günümüze duygu ve düşünceleri daha etkili söylemek ve söylenenlerin hatırda kalmasını kolaylaştırmak için, insanlar ölçülü uyaklı söz söylemeye özen göstermiştir.Anonim halk edebiyatı ise, söyleyeni belli olmayan ve halkın ortak malı olan edebiyattır. Mani, ninni, bilmece, türkü vb. gibi halk tarafından yaygın olarak söylenen bu ürünler, Anadolu insanının dünya görüşünü, yaşama biçimini, toplumsal ve bireysel sorunlarını, mutluluklarını yansıtır.Biz bu tezimizde Sivas'ın Suşehri ilçesinde yemek tariflerini, halk hekimliğini, geçiş dönemlerini, bayramlar- karşılama ve uğurlamaları alan araştırması yönteminden faydalanarak vermeye çalıştık. Bu konuda yazılmış önemli eserlerden de faydalandık. Ayrıca, anonim halk edebiyatı ürünlerini derleyerek, halkın kültürüne verdiği önemi göstermeye çalıştık.Anahtar kelimeler: Suşehri, yemek çeşitleri, halk hekimliği, geçiş dönemleri, bayramlar- karşılamalar- uğurlamalar, halk edebiyatı. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Folk literature, the creator, with or without obvious oral tradition includes all products are living. Oral tradition is important in poetry. The first people to say that the present feelings and thoughts more effectively and make it easier to keep in mind for those who say, people were careful to say metered rhyming words.Anonymous folk literature is saying and what is not clear that literature is the common property of the people. Mani, lullabies, riddles, folk songs, etc. widely spoken by people such as these products, the world view of the Anatolian people, lifestyle, social and individual problems, reflects happiness.In this thesis we are in our district of Sivas Suşehri recipes, folk medicine, the transition periods, holidays and farewell-welcome to take advantage of our field research methods we?ve tried to give. Important works written on this subject, we also benefit.
