dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada üreme mevsimine geçiş döneminde farklı senkronizasyon yöntemlerinin döl verimi parametreleri üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada, 37 baş Kangal Akkaraman şişekleri rastgele 4 gruba ayrılmıştır. Melatonin (M) ve Melatonin+Progesteron (M+P) gruplarında bulunan şişeklere 18 mg melatonin içeren Regülin implantı, özel aplikatörü ile kulak derisi altına yerleştirilmiştir. M+P grubuna melatonin uygulamasına ek olarak, uygulamanın 40. gününde; Progesteron (P) grubuna ise yalnızca 60 mg MAP içeren süngerler 14 gün süreyle vagina içine yerleştirilmiştir. Kontrol (K) grubuna ise herhangi bir hormon uygulaması yapılmamıştır. M, M+P, P ve K gruplarında östrüs oranları sırasıyla %100; %100; %90 ve %37,5; gebelik oranları %60,0; %66,7; %40,0 ve %37,5; doğum oranları %100; %83,33; %75 ve %100; ikiz doğum oranları %16,7; %20,0; %33,3 ve %0,0; koç altı koyun başına kuzu sayıları 0,70; 0,78; 0,40 ve 0,38; doğuran koyun başına kuzu sayıları 1,2; 1,2; 1,3 ve 1,0 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Östrüs oranı bakımından tüm uygulama grupları ile kontrol grubu arasında istatistiksel farkın önemli olduğu (P<0,05) bulunmuştur. Ancak diğer reprodüktif parametreler bakımından gruplar arasında istatistiksel farklılığın önemli (P>0,05) olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe present study investigated the effects of different synchronization methods on fertility parameters during the transition period to the breeding season in ewes. In total 37 Kangal Akkaraman yearlings were randomly divided into 4 groups. The regulin implant containing 18 mg of melatonin was placed under the ear skin with its special applicator to sheep in the Melatonin (M) and Melatonin + Progesterone (M+P) groups. Moreover, the application of melatonin to the M+P group, on the 40th day of the application, the sponge containing only 60 mg of MAP was inserted into the vagina for 14 days in the P group. In the control (K) group, no hormone application was applied. The oestrus rates of the ewes in the M, M+P, P and K groups were 100%, 100%, 90.0% and 37.5%; pregnancy rates were 60.0%, 66.7%, 40.0% and 37.5%; lambing rates were 100%, 83.33%, 75% and 100%; twining rates were 16.7%, 20.0%, 33.3% and 0.0%; fecundity was 0,70; 0,78; 0,40 and 0,38; and litter size was 1,2, 1,2, 1,3 and 1,0 respectively. The results showed that the statistical difference between all treatment groups and the control group was significant (P<0,05) in terms of oestrus rate. However, it was determined that the statistical difference between the groups in terms of other reproductive parameters was not significant (P>0,05).
