Özet
Tüketicilerin istekleri sonsuzdur ve bu istekleri karşılayacak doğal kaynaklar doğada tükenme tehlikesiyle karşı karşıyadır. İşte bu noktada karşımıza sürdürülebilir kalkınma çıkmaktadır. Doğal kaynaklardan üretilen ürünlerden olan ambalajların, sürdürülebilirlik açısından toplanması ve geri dönüştürülmesi oldukça önemli ve gereklidir. Çalışmanın amacı, hem sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın devamlılığını sağlamaya ambalaj atıklarının geri dönüşümünün katkısını araştırmak, hem de ambalaj atıklarının toplanarak Toplama-Ayırma Tesisine sevkiyatı ağında ortaya çıkan maliyetleri minimize etmek ve toplama bölgelerinden TAT'a getirilecek olan ambalaj atık miktarlarını belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda çalışmada öncelikle, sürdürülebilir kalkınma, geri dönüşüm ve ambalaj atıkları teorik olarak açıklanmıştır. Çalışma teorik çerçevede sunulduktan sonra, Aksaray'da faaliyette bulunan TAT'de, ambalaj atıklarının toplanarak tesise sevkiyatı ağında ortaya çıkan maliyetleri minimize edecek doğrusal programlama modeli oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan model LINDO 6.01 programıyla çözülmüştür. Çalışma sonucunda, modele ait maliyet ile tesise ait maliyet arasında 22.730 TL tasarruf miktarının oluştuğu görülmüştür.Anahtar Kelimeler: Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma, Geri Dönüşüm, Ambalaj Atıklarının Geri Dönüşümü
Requirements of consumers are endless and natural resources to meet these requirements are threatened with extinction in the world. At that point, sustainable development gains importance. The recycling collection of the packaging products manufactured from natural resources is very importand and necessary in terms of sustainability. The aim of the study, investigate the contribution of recycling of packaging waste to ensure the continuity of sustainable development, as well as is to minimize the cost occur in the network of collection and delivery of packaging waste to a collection seperation plant, and to determine the quantity of packaging waste which will be delivered from the collection areas to the collection seperation facility.The study for his purpose firstly describes sustainable development recycling and packaging waste in a theoretical framework. Then a linear programming model was formulated to minimize the costs occured in the network of collection and delivery of packaging waste in the collection and seperation plant operating in Aksaray. The created model was solved with LINDO 6.01 program.
