Özet
Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli sletmeler günümüz degisen piyasa kosullarına süratle uyum saglayabilen, ülke ekonomilerinde gün geçtikçe daha fazla söz sahibi olan isletmelerdir. Kobilerin yönetsel alanda; finansman, örgütleme, üretim, isgücü ve hammadde temini, personel egitimi gibi bir çok problemleri bulunmaktadır. Gelismis ülkelerde oldugu gibi ülkemiz KOB'lerine de hak ettikleri deger ve önem verilmeli, basarısızlıklarına sebep veren etmenler iyilestirilmeli, özellikle yönetim konusunda hata yapmamaları için gerekli çalısmalar yapılmalı ve rehberlik saglanmalıdır. Bu çalısmanın amacı Kayseri sanayi bölgesindeki Kobilerin sorunlarının ortaya çıkarılması ve çözüm önerilerinin getirilmesidir. Small and Medium sized Enterprises(SME?s) are greatly harmonious to hte economic changes of today?s economic conditions and everyday they are getting arbiter. SME?s have some managerial problems such as; financial, organisation, production, marketing, qualifed labour, educational. The way of the success for the Small and Medium Enterprises is to understand the importance of the true management and organisation. Because of all these reasons we have to work about managemet and organisation for the small and medium enterprises and teach them how they stand in difficult conditions of the worldThe aim of this study is, figure out the problems of the SME?s deailing in Kayseri Industrial Zone and recommendd possible solutions among them.
