dc.description.abstract?Yatırım Fonları ve Türkiye'de Yatırım Fonlarının Portföy Yapısında Hisse Senetlerinin Oranını Etkileyen Faktörlerin Araştırılması? adlı bu çalışma 4 bölümden oluşmaktadır. 1. Bölüm'de yatırım fonu kavramı tanımlanarak, Türkiye'deki ve Dünya'daki farklı yatırım fonları sınıflandırmaları hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. 2. Bölüm'de yatırım fonlarına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Mevzuatı incelenmekte, Türkiye'deki ve Dünya'daki yatırım fonlarının portföy yapıları karşılaştırılmaktadır. 3. Bölüm'de portföy kavramı ve portföy yönetim süreci hakkında bilgi verildikten sonra, çalışmanın 4. ve son bölümünde ise, 1999-2003 döneminde Türkiye'deki yatırım fonlarının portföy yapısında hisse senetlerinin oranını etkileyen faktörler incelenmektedir.
dc.description.abstractThis study, named ?Mutual Funds and The Analysis of Factors Influencing The Proportion of Stocks in Portfolios of Mutual Funds in Turkey?, consists of four parts. In the 1st part of the study, the concept of ?mutual fund? is explained and information about different classifications of mutual funds, both in Turkey and in the world, is given. In the 2nd part of the study, the legislation of mutual funds of Capital Markets Board of Turkey is taken in hand. Also, the portfolio structures of mutual funds in Turkey and in the world are compared in the mentioned part of the study. After discussing the concept of ?portfolio? and portfolio management techniques in the 3rd part of the study; the factors influencing the proportion of stocks in portfolios of mutual funds in Turkey during the period between 1999 and 2003 is analysed in the last part of the study.
