| dc.description.abstract | Stress, which has an impact on the performance of the individual and group, is one of the most important and serious problems facing the field of management. The present day experts, therefore, emphasize the importance of making a cost benefit analysis of the stress situation at any level. In this study, the sources and the results of stress are examined by conducting a questionnaire survey on police force in Niğde Police Station. The founding of this study tend to suggest the existance of the modern aproach on conflict in Police Force sampled in this study. | |
