Özet
Bu araştırmada Niğde Çamardı ilçesinde KOP destekli olarak uygulanmakta olan "Serbest Yumurta Tavukçuluğu Projesi" kapsamında üretimde bulunan işletmelerdeki üretim sistemiyle ilgili memnuiyetlerini, hayvanların yumurta verimini, barınak, hastalık ve pazarlama kanallarını üretici bilgilerine dayanarak ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. İşletmelerin çalışma durumuna bakıldığında % 33.3 aktif , %66.7 pasif durumda olduğu gözlenmiştir Araştırma bulgularına göre; İlçedeki sosyo-ekonomik durumunda işletme sahiplerinin yarıdan fazlası %53.3 ile erkek, işletme sahiplerinin %60'ının medeni durumu bekar, eğitim durumlarında ise kadınların %40'ı ve erkeklerin %26.7'si ilkokul mezunu bulunmuştur. İşletmelerde çalışma durumuna bakıldığında ise %53.3 ile en fazla kadınların çalıştığı belirtilmiş ve bu verilerin istatistiki açıdan işletme tipine bağımlı olmadığı gözlenmiştir (P>0.05). Niğde Çamardı ilçesinde KOP destekli olarak uygulanmakta olan "Serbest Yumurta Tavukçuluğu Projesi" kapsamından yapılan projede işletmecilerin özellikle hastalıklar, uygulanan destekler, yem maliyetinin düşürülmesi ve pazarlama konularındaki sorunlarının çözümü önem taşımaktadır.
In this study, it is aimed to reveal the satisfaction of the production system in the enterprises in production, egg yield, animal egg production, shelter, disease and marketing channels based on the manufacturer's information within the scope of the "Free Egg Poultry Project" which is implemented with the support of KOP in Niğde Çamardı district. According to working status of the enterprises, it was observed that 33.3% were active and 66.7% were passive. According to the research findings; In the socio-economic situation in the district, more than half of the business owners are male with 53.3%, the marital status of 60% of the business owners are single, and in education levels, most 40% of women and 26.7% of men are primary school graduates, and 53.3% with the highest level of employment in enterprises. it is stated that women work and this data is not statistically dependent on the type of enterprise. In the project, which is carried out within the scope of the "Free-range Egg Production Project" that is implemented with the support of KOP in the district of Niğde Çamardı, it is important to solve the problems of operators especially on diseases, supports, lowering the cost of feed and marketing.
