Özet
Bu çalışmada Polistes gallicus (Linneaus, 1767), Polistes nimpha (Christ, 1791) ve Vespula germanica (Fabricius,1793) türlerinin zehir aparatı morfolojileri Taramalı Elektron Mikroskobunda (SEM) (Leo 440) 20 kV'de incelendi ve türlerin zehir aparatının yapısı karşılaştırıldı. Arılar, araziden toplandı ve uygun koşullarda laboratuara getirildi. Arıların zehir iğnesi ve bezi, stereomikroskop altında çıkarıldı. Arılardan alınan doku örnekleri elektron mikroskobu yöntemine göre hazırlandı.Polistes gallicus türünün zehir aparatında, kaslı ve yuvarlak yapıda salgı kesesi, kavisli ve sivrilmiş zehir iğnesi ve zehir iğnesinden kısa olan palplerin ucunda yoğun tüyler gözlendi. Polistes nimpha türününde kaslı, uzunluğuna oval şekilli zehir kesesi, ucu ventrale doğru kıvrılmış zehir iğnesi ve zehir iğnesinden kısa olan palplerin uç kısmında uzun ve sık yerleşmiş tüylerin bulunduğu tespit edildi. Vespula germanica türününde ise kaslı ve oval yapıda salgı kesesi, ucu küt olan bir zehir iğnesi ve zehir bezinden daha uzun olan palplerin kaideden itibaren tamamen tüylü yapıda olduğu gözlendi.
In this study, the morphology of the venom apparatus of species of Polistes gallicus (Linneaus,1767), Polistes nimpha (Christ,1791) and Vespula germanica (Fabricius,1793) were examined by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) (LEO 440) at 20 kV and compared the structure of the venom apparatus of species. Wasps were collected from different area and bring to laboratory. The venom apparatus of wasps were dissected under stereomicroscope. Specimens of tissues from the wasps were prepared for electron microscope methods.We observed at the venom apparatus of Polistes gallicus: The poison sac was muscular and circular. The sting was curved at basal and sharply pointed. The palps were shorter than the sting. There were dense hairs on apex of the palps. At the venom apparatus of Polistes nimpha: The poison sac was muscular, in oval shaped and lengthweise. The sting was seemed as broken on apex towards ventral. The palps were shorter than the sting. The terminal of palps covered with long hairs. At the venom apparatus of Vespula germanica: The poison sac was muscular, in oval and circle shaped. The apex of the sting was stubby. The palps were longer than the sting. The palp covered with long hairs from basal to apex.
