İhsan PEKAC AR Şubat 2001 Bu projede, Substitue iminooksimler ve metal komplexleri sentezlenmeye çalışıldı, p_kloroasetofenon başlangıç maddesi olarak kullanıldı. Nitroso bileşiklerini elde etmek için sodium etoxide ve n-butironitril kullanıldı. İsonitroso-p-kloroasetofenon; p- kloroasetofenon ile n-butironitrilin reaksiyonu sodium etoxidli çözeltisinde elde edildi. Hazırlanan nitroso bileşikleri diamin ile reaksiyona sokularak değişik iminooxim elde edildi mesela; l,2-Bis(İsonitroso-p-kloro fenil ketimin)etan. iminooxim metal tuzlar ile sulu ortamda reaksiyona sokularak Ni, Cu, Co, Hg, Cd, Zn, komplexleri elde edildi Oluşan ligand ve komplexlerin yapılarının aydılatılması NMR, GC-MS, İR, elementel analiz gibi spektroskopik yöntemler kullanılarak yapılmaya çalışıldı. Sonuç olarak literatürde bulunmayan bir ligand ve altı metal kompleksi sentezlenerek izole edilmiştir.

University of Nigde Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Chemistry Supervisor: Yrd. Doç.Dr. A. ihsan PEKACAR February 2001 Substitue iminooxime and metal complexes were tried to be synthesised in this project. ^-Chloroacetophenon was used as a starting material. Sodium ethoxide and n- butylnitrite were used to obtain nitroso compounds. Isonitroso-p-chloroacetophenone was achieved by reacting /7-chloroacetophenone with n-butylnitrite in the presence of sodium ethoxide. Prepared nitroso compounds were reacted with diamin compounds to obtain different iminooxim such as l,2-bis(isonitroso-p-chlorophenyl ketimin)ethane Iminooxim was reacted with metal salts in aqueous condition to achieve Ni, Cu, Co Hg, Cd, Zn, metal complexes. Resulted ligand and complexes were tried to be analysed ştaıcturally by using spectroscopic methods like NMR, GC-MS, IR and Elemental analysis. As a result one ligand and its six metal complexes, which were not available in literatür, were syntesized.
