| dc.description.abstract | Toplumların tarihsel birikimlerinin bir sonucu olarak ortaya çıkan kültür, ekonomik hayatı da doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bir toplumda yerleşen kültüre göre, ekonomik ilişkiler kurulmakta, vergiler alınmakta ve harcamalar yine bu minval üzerine yapılmaktadır. Devletlerin en önemli gelir kaynağı, yurttaşlarından elde ettikleri vergi gelirleridir. Ülkede yaşayan bireylerin vergi vermeyi ne ölçüde benimsediği, onu bir kültür haline getirip getirmediği ekonomik hayat içerinde çok önemli bir noktadır. Çalışmada, vergi kültürünün oluşma aşamaları, nasıl işlediği, ülkemizde ve dünyada bu olgunun toplanan vergiler üzerinde ne ölçüde etkili olduğu incelenecektir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Culture, which emerges as a result of the historical happenings of societies, directly affects economic life. Economic relations are established, taxes are being collected and expenditures are made according to the culture settled in a society . The most significant income source of the states is the tax revenue they collect from their citizens. The most important point in economic life is the extent to which the people living in the country adopt a culture of taxation.In the study, the stages of the taxation culture, how it prevails and how influential this phenomenon is effective on the collected taxes in our country and in the world. | |
