ÖZET BENZ015-CROWN-5 İÇEREN viç-DİOKSİMLER ve GEÇİŞ METAL KOMPLEKSLERİNİN SENTEZİ BATTALOGLU Rifat Niğde Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Yrd. Doç. Dr. Ali İhsan PEKACAR Temmuz 2002, 106 sayfa Bu çalışmada, çıkış maddesi olarak 4'-asetilbenzo-15-crown-5 kullanıldı. 4'-asetilbenzo-15- crown-5, sodyum etoksitli ortamda n-bütilnitrit ile nitrozolanarak isonitroso-benzo-15-crown- 5 elde edildi. İsonitroso-benzo-15-crown-5'in sodyumasetat katalizörlüğünde hidroksilaminhidroklorür ile reaksiyonundan da benzo-15-crown-5 glioksim sentezi gerçekleştirildi. Elde edilen bu yeni glioksim bileşiği 20-25°C'de klorlanarak benzo-15- crown-5 kloroglioksim izole edildi. Benzo-15-crown-5 kloroglioksim'in değişik aminlerle reaksiyonu sonunda beş adet subsititüe amino-benzo-15-crown-5 glioksim bileşiği, Ligandlann alkollü çözeltilerine Ni(II), Cu(II) ve Co(II)'nin asetat tuzlan ilave edilerek de substitüe amin benzo-15-crown-5 glioksimin metal kompleksleri elde edildi. Sonuç olarak, beş ligand ve onbeş kompleks izole edildi. Sentezi yapılan tüm bileşiklerin yapılan; 'H-NMR, Kütle, İR spektrumları ve elementel analiz sonuçlan ile aydınlatıldı. SUMMARY SYNTHESIS OF VIC-DIOXIMES WITH BENZO-15-CROWN-5 AND THEIR TRANSITION METAL COMPLEXES. Dr. Ali İhsan PEKACAR July 2002, 106 pages In this study, 4'-acetybenzo-15-crown-5 was used as a starting material, lsonitrosobenzo-15- crown-5 has been isolated through the nitrosation reaction between 4'-acetybenzo-15-crown-5 and butyl nitrite in sodium ethoxide medium. Similarly benzo-15-crown-5 glyoxime has been synthesized by the reaction of isonitrosobenzo-15-crown-5 with hydroxilamine hydrochloride and sodiumacetate. Finally powdered benzo-15-crown-5 glyoxime suspended in dry chloroform at 20-25°C and upon treatment with Cİ2, benzo-15-crown-5 chloroglyoxime was obtained. By reacting benzo-15-crown-5 chloroglyoxime with various amines, five different sustitued amino benzo-15-crown-5 glyoxime were synthesized. The complexes of substitued amino benzo-15-crown-5 glyoxime were prepared by adding solutions of Ni(H), Cu(II) and Co(II) into alcoholic solutions of the ligands. As a conclusion of above work 5 separate ligands and 15 complexes were isolated and their structures characters were determined employing by 'H-NMR, IR and elemental analytical techniques.
