The increasing conditions of competition with globalization in neoliberal period directs capital's increasing control over the labor. In this sense, it can be observed in the labor struggles and social movements of both in the world scale and in Turkey that the capital-labor conflict does not diminish, but continues by becoming more intense and diversified. Based on this perspective, in this study the effects of the neoliberal globalization on the labor and production processes/movements of Turkish ready-made clothing sector was analyzed by the case of Kazova factory. The study focused on the specific characteristics of the course of the development of this labor resistance and especially dwelled on the emerging effects that arose as a result of its coinciding with the Gezi Movement. Additionally, by addressing laborers' attempts to constitute and sustain their becoming cooperation and self-management of their factories, the conditions of this sort of production have been discussed.
