$PGF_{2\alpha}$ ile senkronize sütçü inerlerde tohumlama sırasında ve/veya tohumlamayı izleyen 12. günde GnRH uygulamalarının fertilite üzerine etkisi

Özet
Çalışma gruplarına alınan ineklerin tamamına 11 gün arayla $PGF_{2\alpha}$ analogu (25 mg dinoprost trometamine) I.M. enjekte edilerek senkronizasyonları sağlandı. Daha sonra, 1. gruptaki ineklere tohumlama sırasında, II. gruptaki ineklere hem tohumlama sırasında ve hem de tohumlamayı izleyen 12. günde, III. gruptaki ineklere tohumlamayı izleyen 12. günde bir GnRH analogu (10.5 $\mu$.g buserelin acetat) enjekte edildi. Kontrol grubundaki ineklere (IV. grup) çalışma süresince herhangi bir GnRH analogu enjekte edilmedi.Tohumlamaları izleyen 60. günde yapılan rektal muayenelerde, ilk tohumlamalarda elde edilen gebelik oranları; I. grupta %40, H. grupta %35, III. grupta %35 ve IV. grupta %25 bulundu. Sonuç olarak, sütçU ineklerde tohumlama sırasında ve/veya tohumlamayı izleyen 12. günde GnRH uygulamalarının gebe kalma oranını artırdığı, GnRH uygulamalarıyla gebe kalma oranının artırılmasında en iyi sonucun, tohumlamalar sırasında uygulanan GnRH enjeksiyonlarıyla sağlanabileceği kanısına varıldı.
All the cows were given two IM. injections of $PGF_{2\alpha}$ analogue (25 mg dinoprost trometamine) 1 1 days apart and synchronized. Later on, one GnRH analogue (10.5 $\mu$g buserelin acetat) was injected in the cows group I during insemination, in the cows group II both during insemination and in the 12th day following the insemination, in the cows group III in the 12th day following the insemination. Any GnRH analogue wasn't injected in the cows control group (group IVpSuring the study. In the rectal palpation carried out on the 60th day of following insemination pregnancy rates were found respectively 40% in group I., 35% in group IL, 35% in group III. and 25% in group IV. after the first insemination. As a consequence, it was conduced that GnRH treatments increased the pregnancy rate in the dairy cows during the insemination and/or in the 12th day following the insemination, the best result in increasing the pregnancy rate with GnRH treatments was possible with GnRH injections during the inseminations.
