dc.description.abstractYerel gazeteler bir vilayette yaşanan önemli olayları konu alması nedeniyle o vilayet hakkında geniş çaplı bilgiye erişme imkanlarından birini oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda vilayet gazeteleri kapsadığı bölgenin ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel yapısıyla ilgili önemli veri kaynaklarıdır. Bu çalışmanın konusu Niğde'nin ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel yapısını Niğde Gazetesi ışığında tespit etmektir. Çalışma 1953-1956 yılları arasını kapsamaktadır. Niğde Gazetesi'ne ilişkin gazete arşivlerine Milli Kütüphane'den erişilmiştir. Bu dönemde Niğde'de bir çok yatırım planı hayata geçmiş ve bunlar sıklıkla Niğde Gazetesi'nde yer almıştır. 1953-1956 yılları arasında Niğde de içme suyu ile alakalı ciddi çalışmalar yapılmış ayrıca bu dönemde bir çok köy içme suyuna kavuşmuştur. Böylece Niğde'nin sosyal, ekonomik, kültürel ve idari yapısı belirtilen tarihler arasında Niğde Gazetesi çerçevesinde incelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractLocal newspapers are one of the opportunities for access to a wide range of information about a province as it deals with important events in that province. In this context, province newspapers are important data sources related to the economic, social and cultural structure of the region it covers. The subject of this study is to determine the economic, social and cultural structure of Niğde in the light of Niğde Newspaper. The study covers the years 1953-1956. Newspaper archives related to Niğde Newspaper were accessed from the National Library. During this period, many investment plans were implemented in Niğde and these frequently appeared in the Niğde Newspaper. Between 1953 and 1956, serious studies were conducted regarding drinking water in Niğde, and a great number of villages reached drinking water during this period od time. Thus, the social, economin, cultural and administrative structure of Niğde was examined within the framework of Niğde Newspaper between the dates spectified above.
