This study aimed to determine the effects of different nitrogen doses and irrigation levels on growth, development, yield and post-harvest storage quality of potato plants. The study was established and carried out in the 2021 and 2022 growing season in Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Research and Application area according to the experimental design with four replications in the form of 3 different irrigation level (S1, S2, S3) main plots and six nitrogen doses (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 kg/da pure) sub-plots in randomized blocks. In the study; phenological observations, physiological measurements, harvest and post-harvest measurements, tuber quality results and finally storage measurement results were determined during the period from planting to storage. It was found that different nitrogen doses and irrigation applications affected different parameters statistically significantly both in the pre-harvest period, post-harvest period and storage. The highest tuber yield in the study was obtained from 30 kg/da nitrogen application. However, after this level, nitrogen applications of 40 and 50 kg/da had a negative effect on yield. In addition, as a result of the storage study conducted with the Agria potato variety, it was determined that the tubers did not lose their industrial variety characteristics.
