Abstract
Bu çalısmada MO ( Metil Oranj ) ve MR ( Metil Red )'in farklı hareketli faz ortamlarında (degisik pH' larda, sulu ortamda ve asetonitril ortamında) Kobalt(II) KarboksilliDiaminoEtan-Sporopollenin üzerindeki alıkonma zamanları yüksek performans sıvı kromatografi yöntemiyle (HPLC) incelendi. Alıkonma zamanı tespit edilirken ortam sıcaklıgı 25 oC ve akıs hızı 0,5 ml/dk olarak ayarlandı. Her iki boyanın derisimleri 1x10-3 mol/l, 1,25x10-4 mol/l' dir. Co(II)CDAE-S ucuz, çevre dostu ve yeniden kullanılabilir oldugu için seçildi. Sonuç olarak Co(II)CDAE-S anyonik boyaların alıkonma zamanlarının tespiti için uygun bir katı faz oldugu görüldü. In this study we have investigated the retention times of MO (Methyl Orange) and MR (Methyl Red) on Cobalt(II)CarboxylatedDiaminoEtan?Sporopollenin in different mobile phase environments aqueous, pH and acetonitryl environment using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) technique. The temperature of the environment was fixed as 25o C and mobile phase flow rate as 0,5 ml/min. in the detemination process. Methyl Orange and Methyl Red?s concentrations 1x10-3 mol/l and 1,25x10-4 mol/l respectively. Co(II)CDAES is cheap, environment-friendly and reusable eligible for.
