dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, Voleybol federasyonuna bağlı; 1 lig ve 2. Liglerinde oynayan profesyonel sporcuların spora ilişkin hukuksal bilgi düzeylerini ve hukuksal düzeyde spora yaklaşım açılarını tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla ilgili literatür incelenerek araştırmaya ilişkin bilgilere yer verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında Voleybol 1. ve 2. liginde oynayan profesyonel bay ve bayan sporculara bir anket uygulanmıştır. Anketten elde edilen bulgularla araştırmanın problemine çözüm aranmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye Voleybol Federasyonu'na Bağlı 1. ve 2. ligde oynayan Bay ve Bayan sporcular oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemini ise 1. ve 2. Lig'de oynayan 630 sporcu arasından tesadüfi yöntemle seçilmiş 108 sporcudan oluşmuştur. Araştırmaya katılan sporcuların % 33,3 (36 kişi)erkek, % 66,7 (72 kişi) bayan sporcudur.Toplanan anketlerde verilerin işlenmesi bilgisayar vasıtasıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anketlerin verilerin çözümlenmesinde istatistikçilerinde görüşleri alınarak, frekans ve yüzde dağılımı bulunmuş, ayrıca sporcuların görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesinde kategorik veriler olduğu için (sınıflama ölçme düzeyi) Ki-kare testi uygulanarak derecelendirilmiştir. Analizimizde (? = 0.05) olarak alınmış olup elde edilen ?p? değerimiz ile (Asymp. Sig.) karşılaştırılmıştır. Anketteki verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 16,0 istatistik programı kullanılmıştır.Araştırmaya katılan sporcuların, spor hukuku konusunda bilgi düzeylerinin eksik olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Spor hukuku konusunda önemini bildikleri halde, bu konu hakkında bilgili olmadıkları ve yeterli bir eğitim almadıkları görülmüştür. Kulüpler ile sporcular arasında yapılan sözleşmelerde bazı ciddi sorunlar görülmüş ve bu sorunlar da süreklilik oluşturmaktadır. Buna göre; sporcuların spor hukukuna, spor yaşantıları içerisinde yer vermeleri ve eğitim hayatlarında ise spor hukukunun önemine inanarak bu konu üzerine araştırmalar yapmaları gerekmektedir. Sporla ilgili hukuksal bir yardım ihtiyaçları olduğu zaman, hukukçulardan değil spor hukukçular tarafından bilgilendirilmelidirler. Dünya sporunda büyük önem yer teşkil eden spor hukukunun ülkemizde de en üst yönetimden sporcusuna kadar önemi bilinmelidir. Bu konuda uzmanlık alanları oluşturulmalı ve eğitimli spor hukukçuları yetiştirilmelidir. Sporcularımızın ise bu konuda kendilerini geliştirmeleri ve eksikliklerini gidermelidirler.
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to ascertain that the legal knowledge level and the legal convergence to sports of professional sportsmen who are playing for both first and second leagues volleyball teams under the authority of the Volleyball Federation.In order to prepare this study the related literature was examined and foregoing studies were used as possible as to strengthen our thesis. In this context, a survey was conducted with sportswomen and sportsmen who are playing in the both first and second volleyball league. Indications of the survey were used as a problem solver within the framework of the study?s main thesis problem.The population of the study is consisted of the both men and women volleyball players who play for the Turkish Volleyball Federation?s first and second leagues teams. Out of 630 players 108 players were chosen randomly to create the sample of the study. %33,3 of the players (36 people) are man and %66,7 of the players (72 people) are woman.In this study, data of the surveys were processed by the computer. In the analyses of the surveys? data, frequency and percentage distribution were calculated under the control of statisticians and since views of players are categorical data the classification measure level are scaled by the application of chi-square test. In this study, it is accepted that ? = 0.05 and it is compared with the value of ?p? (Asymp. Sig.). In the analyses of surveys? data, SPSS 16,0 version statistics programmer is used.This study shows that the surveys? participants have not enough knowledge about the sports law. Although they have already known the importance of spots law, they have not have sufficient knowledge about it and more they have not received education in sports law. In addition, this study locates that there are some serious problems in contracts which drawn up between players and clubs.For this reason, it can be said that players should comprehend the importance of sports law, study on the spots law and apply it their sports life. Additionally, the players should have to be informed by sports lawyers rather than ordinary lawyers when they require such any help.In conclusion, it is obvious that sports law constitute one of the most important parts of global sports and it should have to be learned by the upper level of sports governors to the players. In order to provide sports law services, this law should have to be specialized and well-educated sports lawyers must be educated. Finally, the players have to get information about this issue and they have to compensate their knowledge deficiency.
