Özet
Bu çalısmanın konusu Sermet Çifter Kütüphanesi'nin Yazma Eserler Bölümü'nde 1083 numara ile kayıtlı Mecmÿa-i Es'âr'dır. Eserdeki bütün siirler transkripsiyonlu hale getirilmis, siirlerin vezni bulunmus ve ulasılabildigi kadarıyla dîvânları yayınlanmıs olan sâirlerin dîvânlarındaki siirleriyle karsılastırılmıstır. Ömer Ma'rÿf Satırzâde ve Sa`dullâh Efendi tarafından tertiplenen eser 60 varak olup, içinde 199 siir bulunmaktadır. Eserin tertiplenmesinde belli bir düzen bulunmamaktadır. Eserde, semâî, musammat, murabba, gazel, kıta, terkib-i bend, mesnevi, kasîde, rubâî, müfret nazım biçimleriyle yazılmıs siirler bulunmakta olup, bu siirlerden bir kısmı nazîredir. Eserde örnek alınan sâirleri bilinen on nazîre bulundugu ve bunların: Necâti, Zâtî, Hayretî, Selimî, Hayalî, Muèìdì, Bâkî, Ahmet ve Cafer'in siirlerine yazılmıs oldugu görülmektedir. Eserdeki siirler Türkçe, Arapça ve Farsça yazılmıs olup, özellikle Nef'î'nin ve Bâkî'nin siirlerinde Arapça, Farsça kelimelerin ve tamlamaların fazla oldugu görülmektedir. Dokuz siirin devamı eserde bulunamamıstır. Bazı siirlerin de devamı hiç ilgisi olmayan bir baska varakta bulunmus, devamı bir baska varakta bulunan siirler bir hayli fazla olup, bu durumdaki siirler birlestirilmistir. Bu durum eserin önceden dagınık bir halde bulundugunu, sonradan bütünlügüne dikkat edilmeden birlestirilmis oldugunu göstermektedir. Çalısmamızın birinci bölümünde mecmÿa ve mecmÿa türleri, nazîre ve eserde tespit edilen nazîrelerin genel özellikleri, eseri tertipleyenler; eserin sekil incelemesi, dili, yeni harflere aktarılmasında izlenen yol ve eserde ismi geçen sairler hakkında bilgi verilmistir. Çalısmamızın konusunu olusturan Mecmÿa-i Es'âr'ın transkripsiyonlu metni ikinci bölümde verilmis, siirlerin vezni de gösterilmistir. Ayrıca, Mezâkî'nin ve Cinânî'nin tenkitli basım dîvânlarında bulunmayan siirleri metinde dipnotla belirtilmistir. Sonuç bölümünde yapılan çalısmanın degerlendirmesi bulunmaktadır. Kaynakça bölümünde eserdeki siirlerin okunması ve degerlendirilmesi sırasında kullanılan kaynaklara, ekler bölümünde de eserin tıpkı basım metninden örnek varaklara yer verilmistir. The subject of this study is Mecmÿa-i Es?âr, registered as number 1083 in the Department of the Manuscript Works of Sermet Çifter Library, which was edited by Ömer Ma?rÿf Satırzâde and Sa`dullâh Efendi, and all the poems in the periodical were transcribed. The metrical frameworks of the poems were found out and they were compared to the collected poems of the poets whose works had been published as far as it is reached. There are a hundred and ninety nine poems in mecmÿa . The periodical has sixty foils. There wasn?t a regular sequence in the formation of mecmÿa. There are such styles of poems written as semâîs, musammats, gazels, kasîdes, rubâîs and müfret verses in mecmÿa, There are ten nazîres of which poets? examples had been followed are known in the periodical. Those nazîres are known to have been written for Necâti, Zâtî, Hayretî, Selimî, Hayalî, Muidi, Bâkî, Ahmet and Cafer?s gazels. There are some other nazîres of which poets had been followed are unknown in mecmÿa. The poems were written in Turkish, Arabic and Persian words in mecmÿa . It is seen a lot of Arabic and Persian words and noun phrases especially in Nef?î and Bâkî?s poems. Continuations of the nine poems in mecmÿa aren?t available. The continuation of a poem in a foil was found in another and irrelevant foil. There had been a lot of poems of which continuations had been found in different foils and such poems were put together. This case shows that mecmÿa had been in disorder previously but was conjoined without taking the integrity of the work into consideration afterwards. In the first chapter of this study, information about periodicals and types of periodicals, nazîres and the overall characteristics of nazîres in mecmÿa , the editors of mecmÿa , the way of transcripting of the work into new words, the content and the language of mecmÿa is given. The transcribed text of mecmÿa , which is the subject matter of this work, takes place in the second chapter. The metrical frameworks of the poems are also given in this chapter. Besides, the poems which belongs to Mezâkî and Cinânî and which hasn?t been available in the dîvâns of criticized edition is denoted at the footnote in the text. In the conclusion, the study is assessed briefly. In the references, the reference books which were used for the evaluation of the poems in mecmÿa are brought out.
