Özet
Yerel ekonomik kalkınma; alan, kent veya bölgeye ait yerel potansiyellerin belirlenerek, yerel ekonomik kalkınmayı gerçekleştirecek faktörler aracılığıyla verimli bir süreç yaratılmasıdır. Ekonomik kaynakların bölgelerarasında eşit olarak dağılmaması nedeniyle oluşan yerel ekonomik kalkınma yaklaşımının önemi ekonomik kalkınmanın yerelden başlayarak ülke ekonomisinin genelinde gelişme yaratmasının sağlanması amacıyla artmıştır.Ekonomide yerelleşme kavramının artan önemiyle birlikte yerel anlamda ekonomik kalkınmayı gerçekleştirmek için oluşturulan teknoparkların etkileri inceleme altına alınmaya başlamıştır. Türkiye'de yerel düzeyde kalkınmayı amaçlayan bölgelerin sayısı son yıllarda hızla artmaktadır. Ekonomik yapılaşma sürecinde bölgesel avantajlardan yararlanarak gelişimini sürdüren Gaziantep de yerel kaynaklardan yararlanarak büyümeyi amaçlamaktadır.Bu çalışmanın amacı; yerel ekonomik kalkınmayı sağlamak için odak noktası haline gelen, Türkiye'deki oluşumları yeni bir yapılanmaya dayanan teknoparkların yerel ekonomiye bağlı olarak ülke ekonomisinde yarattığı etkileri araştırmaktır. Çalışmanın amacını gerçekleştirmek için Gaziantep Teknopark'a yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen anket çalışması yorumlanarak teknoparkın Gaziantep ekonomisini ne yönde etkilediği incelenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Yerel Ekonomik Kalkınma, Yerel Ekonomik Kalkınmada Teknoparklar, Gaziantep Teknopark, Gaziantep Ekonomisi
Local economic development, area, town or region and determining the local potential, local economic development through the factors that place is to create an efficient process. The importance of local economic development approach which occurs because of economic resources not being distributed equal inter ? reginally, increases in order to supply development beginning with local throughout national economy.With the importance of the term ? localization?, the effects of technoparks which are formed to carry out local economic development, start to be put under research. Aimed at the local level development zones in Turkey, the number is increasing rapidly in recent years. Regional economic structure in the process of development continues to take advantage of Gaziantep aims to grow by using local resources.The purpose of this study is to search the effects that are created in the national economy depending on local economy by technoparks which become focal point in order to provide local economic development and of which the formations in Turkey tend to restructuring.
