Futbol teknik adamlarının iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Özet
Bu araştırmada, futbol teknik adamlarının örgütsel bağlılık ve iş tatmini duyguları arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. araştırmada ayrıca, futbol teknik adamlarının örgütsel bağlılık ve iş tatminleri düzeylerinde, yaş medini durum, eğitim ve gelir düzeyleri, amatörlük ve profesyonellik ile diğer değişkenler açısından anlamlı farklılıkların bulunup bulunmadığı test edilmiştir.araştırma kapsamına giren teknik adamlar Türkiye'nin çeşitli illerinde bulunan amatör ve profesyonel toplam 266 kişidir.Kulübe bağlılık düzeyini ölçmek için 10 soru, sporla ilgili memnuniyet düziyini ölçmek için 10 soru ve iş tatmini düzeylerini ölçmek için 13 soru yöneltilerek cevaplandırmaları istenmiştir.Araştırma verileri bilgisayar ortamında değerlendirilmiş olup, kişisel bilgiler için frekans ve yüzdelik dağılım tablosu, bağımlı değişkenler arasındaki ilişki için pearson korelasyon analizi, bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki farklılık analizleri için ise, ikili gruplarda Mann-Whitney Utesti, ikiden çok gruplarda Kruskal Wallis testi ulgulanmıştır. Farklılık analizlerinde 0,05 anlamlılık düzeyi esas alınmıştır.Sonuç olarak, futbol futbol teknik adamlarının iş tatmini ile örgütsel bağlılık duygusu arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, futbol teknik adamlarının iş tatmini ile örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerinde, amatörlük ve profesyonellik açısından anlamlı farlılık bulunmuştur. (P>0,05). İş tatmini ile örgütsel bağlılık düzeyerinde yaş gurupları açısından ise anlamlı farlılık bulunmamıştır (p>0,05).
In this study, it is analysed that the variables of organizational dependence and job satisfaction of football coaches. In this study, organizational dependence and job satisfaction are examined with the comparison of other variables about football coaches such as age, marital status, and educational level, level of income, amateurishness and professionalism.In the course of this study, totally 266 football coaches who are both amateur and professioanal all around from Turkey were icluded the study.In order to measure of individual?s level of dependence to their sports club which they have been played 10 question were asked, to measure of their satisfaction level of sports 10 question and for their job satisfaction level 13 question were asked to individuals and their answers to these questions were evaluated to analyse dependence and satisfaction levels of the selected individuals.Since the questions of this study are as classification-quantification base, chi-square relation test are used for the test statistics. Chi-square relation test applied values which are taken as ? =0.05 are compared and explicated. In the analyses of this study SPSS 16,0 version is used.All the variables which have effects on our study are examined in detail and after the comparison of demographic datas and variables which are the main thesis of this study are analysed. In addition, this study shows that our football coaches have advanced educatioanal level.In conclusion, it can be said that there are great differences between the organizational dependence and the job satisfaction. Meanwhile, this study shows that both moral and material support are evaluated as the most prominent variables that have effects on the success of the coaches in long run.
