dc.description.abstractThe use of current technologies in public administration is becoming more and more widespread. In this context, the study aims to reveal the potential benefits of blockchain technology for public administration. For this purpose, the structure of this technology and its usage areas in terms of administration were examined. Moreover, literature and case studies questioned its potential benefits in terms of public administration. It aims to determine the current situation and develop policy recommendations through usage areas and projects in Turkey. In this respect, it seeks to discuss the usability of technology-based applications in public administration and discuss the possible benefits and risks of the blockchain.
