Özet
Bu çalışmada Bilecik İlinin 1927-1950 yılları arasındaki nüfus sayımlarını esas alınarak Bilecik İlinin demografik özellikleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışılan dönemde toplam 5 adet nüfus sayımının gerçekleştirildiği görülmektedir. Tez çalışmasında bu sayımlarını her biri teker teker bir bölüm olarak ele alınarak değerlendirilmiştir. 1927, 1935 ve 1950 yılına ait nüfus sayımlarında elde ettiğimiz istatistikler çerçevesinde Bilecik ilinin nüfus yoğunluğu, doğum yeleri itibarı ile nüfus dağılımı, medeni durumlkarı, yaş gurupları, okur-yazarlık durumu, dini inançları, anadilleri ve meslekler gibi hususlar ele alınarakj tablolara dönüştürülüp değerlendirilmiştir. 1940 ve 1945 yılına ait elde ettğimizi nüfus istatistiklerindeki bilgiler çerçevesinde Bilecik ilinin nüfus yoğunluğu ile ilçeler ve nahiyeler bazındaki nüfus durumu tespit edilerek tablolar halinde ortaya konulmuştur. Sonuç kısmında ise Bilecik ilinin 1927-1950 yılları arasındaki nüfus sayımları sonuçlarının değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır.
In this study, the demographic characteristics of Bilecik Province were tried to be revealed based on the population censuses of Bilecik Province between 1927 and 1950. It is seen that a total of 5 censuses were carried out during the studied period. In the thesis study, these counts were evaluated one by one as a section. Within the framework of the statistics we obtained in the censuses of 1927, 1935 and 1950, issues such as the population density of Bilecik, population distribution by place of birth, marital status, age groups, literacy status, religious beliefs, native languages and professions were evaluated and converted into tables. Within the framework of the information in the population statistics we obtained for the years 1940 and 1945, the population density of Bilecik province and the population situation on the basis of districts and sub-districts were determined and presented in tables. In the conclusion part, the results of the population census of Bilecik province between 1927 and 1950 were evaluated.
