Özet
Öz yeterlik, kisinin bir isi yapabilmesi için gerekli becerilere sahip oldugu konusundaki inancıdır. BESYO'da ögrenim gören ögrencilerin ögretmenlik meslegine iliskin öz yeterlik inançlarının belirlenmesi; bizim onları daha iyi tanıyabilmemiz ve onların kendilerini daha iyi tanımlayabilmelerine, o ana kadar ki birikimlerinin daha fazla farkına varabilmelerine imkân saglayacak ve dolayısıyla, mesleki doyumlarını da etkileyebilecektir. Bu çalısmada amaç, BESYO ögrencilerinin ögretmen öz yeterlilik beklenti düzeylerini çesitli degiskenler açısından incelemektir. Arastırmada veriler Nigde Üniversitesi BESYO ögrencilerinin ögretmen yetkinlik beklenti (öz yeterlilik)düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla, arastırmacılar tarafından gelistirilen ve daha önce uygulanmıs Ögretmen Yetkinlik Beklenti Envanteri (ÖYBE) kullanılmıstır. Arastırma, Nigde Üniversitesi BESYO' da ögrenim gören 138 ögrenciyle gerçeklestirilmistir. Ögrencilerin ögretmen öz yeterlilik beklentisi düzeylerine etkisi incelenen degiskenlere iliskin elde edilen veriler ?Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi? ve ?iki ortalama arasındaki farkın önemlilik testi? (t-testi) ile analiz edilmistir. Arastırmada elde edilen sonuçlar asagıda sırasıyla verilmistir. BESYO'da ögrenim gören ögrencilerin genel olarak ögretmenlik öz yeterlilik düzeylerine iliskin sonuçlarda, ögrencilerin ögretmenlik öz yeterlilik düzeylerinin yüksek düzeyde oldugunu göstermektedir. Sınıf düzeyine göre ögrencilerin ögretmenlik öz yeterlilik puan ortalamaları arasında bir fark olup olmadıgını belirlemek için yapılan istatistik sonuçlara göre, sınıflar arasındaki fark 2. ve 3. sınıflar için anlamlı iken, diger sınıflar için bu fark .05 düzeyinde anlamlı bulunmamıstır. Mezun olunan okul türüne, cinsiyete, barınma sekline, yerlesim yeri sekline göre ise ögretmen öz yeterlilik beklentisi puanlarında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıstır. Self efficiency is one?s belief in that the person has the necessary skills to be able to do some work . Determining the beliefs of self efficiency related to teaching for students who have education in BESYO ,will enable us to know them better and them to know themselves better and notice better their accumulation up to that time and therefore will be able to affect their job satisfaction. In this study the objective is to investigate the teacher self efficiency expectation levels of BESYO students in terms of certain variables. In the study,to determine the teacher self efficiency expectation levels of Nigde University BESYO students, teacher self efficiency expectation ınventory which was devised by researchers has been used. The study has been carried out with 138 student of N.U.BESYO. The data obtained about the variables whose effect on students? teacher self efficiency expectation levels are studied, were analyzed by one direction variance analysis and the importancy test for the difference between two averages. The results of BESYO students? general teaching self efficiency levels demonstrate their teaching self efficiency levels are high. According to the statistical results which was carried out to determine if there was a difference between students teaching self efficiency point averages in terms of class level, the difference between classes made no sense for second and third classes whereas this made sense as .05 for the other classes. According to school type graduated from, sex, accommodation and settlement type there was nothing to be called as a significant difference in teacher self efficiency expectation points.
