Özet
ABSTRACT Technology, which came to our life very fast,has spread through via international relations and transfers. While technology moves with a dizzy acceleration it also has brought lots of easiness for both our daily life and office life. Today, we must be very careful while preparing investment projects and choosing proper technology.KOBFs which function actively in Turkey have some problems about Financing-Marketing-Production-Substructure and 'Technology'. Mainly,these issues are interrelated activities. The problems about these activities and the things to be done to solve these problems are told here. The definition of technology,the choice of proper technology and the parts for the technology transfer are explained.The process of international technology transfer,the step» of that process and the methods of technology transfer are also mentioned. The evaluation of technology transfer results for under developed and developed countries and besides that the problems AGU's and GOU's face with during technology transfer process and the transfer itself and critical approaches to these problems are mentioned. Apart from that,the reflections and the evaluations of technology transfer results for under developed and developed countries and besides that the problems AGU's and GOU's face with during technology transfer process and the transfer itself and critical approaches to these problems are mentioned apart from that,the reflections and the evaluations of technology transfer for AGU's and GOU's economies. The development and critical analysis of technology transfer in our country, development plans for five years,science and technology politics and the explanations about the solutions suitable for the structure of Turkey are all explained. The firms which function in the furniture field have renewed themselves and have joined new markets especially with the development of technology in recent years. ERP programme is the main programme. ERP programme and the results of programme application,the problems faced with in the furniture field and solution offers are explained with examples.
