Özet
Bu araştırmada; İlköğretim 6. sınıf sosyal bilgiler öğretim programında yer alan değerler öğretimine ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Kırşehir İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı, 2008 ? 2009 eğitim öğretim yılı içerisinde il merkezinde bulunan ilköğretim okullarında görevli sosyal bilgiler 6. sınıf öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise, Kırşehir il merkezinde ki devlet okullarında katılımları gönüllülük esasına dayanan, ilköğretim sosyal bilgiler 6. sınıf da görev yapan 34 öğretmen oluşturmuştur.Araştırmada, ilköğretim 6. sınıf sosyal bilgiler öğretim programında yer alan değerler öğretimine ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ölçek ve kişisel bilgi formundan yararlanılmıştır. Ölçeğin geliştirmesi sürecinde ilgili literatür taranmıştır.Kişisel bilgi formunda; araştırmaya katılan ilköğretim sosyal bilgiler 6. sınıf dersini okutan öğretmenlere yönelik cinsiyet, mesleki kıdem, mezuniyet durumu, branş gibi kişisel bilgiler yer almaktadır. İlköğretim 6. sınıf sosyal bilgiler öğretim programında yer alan değerlerin öğretimine ilişkin sosyal bilgiler 6. sınıf dersini okutan öğretmenlerin görüşlerini ölçmeye yönelik hazırlanan ölçek 5'li likert tipinde yapılandırılmış ve 37 ifadeden oluşturulmuştur.Ölçeğe araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin verdikleri cevaplar SPSS 15.0 paket programına girilmiş ve araştırma verileri bu program ile çözümlenmiştir. Sosyal bilgiler 6. sınıf öğretmenlerinin, değerlerin öğretimine ilişkin görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesinde frekans (f), yüzde (%), aritmetik ortalama ( ) ve standart sapma (ss) değerleri belirlenerek bulgular kısmı oluşturulmuştur. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin değerler öğretimine ilişkin görüşlerinin farklı değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amacıyla ANOVA (Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi) ve bağımsız gruplar t testi analiz sonuçlarından yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada anlamlılık düzeyi 0.05 olarak ele alınmıştır.Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin;Madde6, Madde14, Madde17, Madde18, Madde22, Madde23 ve Madde37' ye verdikleri cevaplar incelendiğinde bayan öğretmenlerin lehine anlamlı farklılığın oluştuğu,Madde32 ve Madde36' ya verdikleri cevaplar incelendiğinde öğretmenlerin mezuniyet durumlarına göre anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaştığı,Madde6 ve Madde10'a verdikleri cevaplar incelendiğinde mesleki kıdemlerine göre anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaştığı,Madde33'e verdikleri cevaplar incelendiğinde branşları arasında anlamlı farklılığın oluştuğu sonucu görülmüştür.Anahtar kelimeler: İlköğretim, Sosyal Bilgiler, Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretim Programı, Değer Öğretimi, Öğretmenler.
In this study, it is aimed in teaching program of the sociel studies 6 th grade secondary school to learn the teachers? thoughts on teaching the value in the 6 th grade secondary school teaching program of social studies.The population of this study is made up of the 6 th grade social studies teachers working in the secondary schools of Ministery of National Education in the city centre of Kırşehir.The sample of this study consists of the 34 teachers of 6 th grade of social studies (These teachers are choosen random and are working for the state schools).In this study, personel scale and information forms are used to learn the teachers? thoughts on teaching the value in the 6 th grade secondary school teaching program of social studies. While improving the scale, library studies are made.Information related to sex, graduation , level and experience of the teachers are examined in the personal information form.The scale made up for learning the thoughts of the teachers of 6 th grade social studies is 5 likert type and consists of 37 statements. The answers given by the teachers are evaluated by SPSS 15.0 program. The Findings part is made up of frekans (f), percent (%), means (X) and standart deviations (ss). Morever, ANOVA (one-way ANOVA) and Independent - Samples t Test analyzing results are used to evaluate the thoughts of teachers. In the research the meaningfulness level is counted as 0.05.The teachers in the study; when the answers to item 6, item 14, item 17, item 18, item 22, item 23 and item 37 are analized, there is significant difference in favour of the female teachers.The ansvers to item 32 and item 36 show that the graduate level affects the results.The ansvers to item 6 and item 10 show that their accupation level also affects the difference.According to item 33, there is significant diffrence in favour of their branches.Key words: Values Education, Social Studies, Elementary Education, Social Studies Teaching Program, Teachers.
