| dc.description.abstract | Günümüz işletme dünyasında meydana gelen hileli finansal raporlama skandalları başta işletme dünyası olmak üzere birçok kesime önemli zararlar vermektedir. Oluşan zararlar da muhasebe ve denetim mesleğine olan güvenin azalmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu güvenin tekrarkazanılması için, başta işletme yönetimi ve işletmede çalışan iç denetçiler olmak üzere bazı gruplara önemli görevler düşmektedir.
