dc.description.abstract"Emniyet Teşkilatı'nda İletişim Sorunlarının Çözümünde Bilgi Teknolojileri Kullanımının Rolü ve Niğde İlinde Bir Uygulama" adlı çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; iletişim, örgütsel iletişim ve örgüt içi iletişim konulan ayrı ayrı ele alınmış ve örgüt içi iletişim sorunları belirtilmeye çalışılmıştır. Örgütsel iletişimin gelişimi örgüt ve yönetim kuramları ile birlikte incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde; bilgi teknolojilerinin gelişimi ve tanımı yapılmakta, bilgi teknolojilerinin örgüt içi iletişimle ilişkisi ortaya konulmakta ve Emniyet Teşkilatı'nda kullanılan bilgi teknolojileri incelenmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde ise; Niğde Emniyet Müdürlüğü'nde görevli polis amir ve memurlarına yönelik olarak yapılan anket uygulamaları incelenmektedir. Çalışmamızın sonunda ise, çalışma bir bütün olarak değerlendirilmektedir.
dc.description.abstractThis study, called "The Role Of Using Information Techonologies To Salve The Cominication Problems In Security Departmant And A Sample In Niğde Province" has three chapters. At first chapter; cominication, organizatonal cominication and internal cominication of organization subjects were mentioned by one by and problems of internal cominication of organization were tried to be pointed out. The development of internal cominication of organization were inspected with organization and management theories. At second chapter; the development and concept infortmation techonologies were written, the relation between information techonologies and internal cominication of organization was put forward and information techonologies using in Security Department were examined. At third chapter; the survey which was made in Niğde Securty Department to police chiefs and officers was inspected. At the end, the study was appraised wholly
