Özet
Bu çalışmada nin deki normalliyeni nin yapısı incelendi. N karesiz bir pozitif tamsayı olduğu durumda nin alt yörüngesel graflarında kendisiyle eşleşmiş kenar şartları belirlendi ve devre şartları ile ilgili ortaya çıkan kongrüans denklemlerinin çözüm kümelerine dair sonuçlar da elde edilmiştir.
In this thesis, the structure of normalizer of in is examined. Self-paired edge conditions on suborbital graphs for are determined when N is a square-free positive integer. Also some results are obtained on solution sets of congruence equations connected with circuit conditions.
