Kripto paraların kullanımına yönelik hane halkı görüşlerinin incelenmesi: Niğde örneği

Özet
Sosyal ve ekonomik yaşamda oldukça önemli bir yere sahip olan para zaman içerisinde gelişme ve değişme göstererek, tarihsel süreçte farklı formlarda kullanılmıştır. Eski zamanlarda para birimi olarak keçiboynuzu, papağan tüyü, kabuk, kurutulmuş balık gibi maddeler kullanılıyordu. Daha sonra altın ve itibari para birimleri gibi değerli metaller kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. İtibari para biriminin gücü, ihraç eden ülkenin ekonomik, politik ve teknolojik gücünden kaynaklanmaktadır. Ancak gelecekte itibari para birimlerinin geçerliliğini yitirip yerini dijital ve kripto para birimlerine bırakabileceğine dair görüşler öne sürülmektedir. Bu araştırma hane halkının kripto para kullanımına yönelik görüşlerinin incelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Amaç doğrultusunda hazırlanan anket formu 2023 yılı Haziran ve Ağustos ayları içerisinde Niğde ilinde yaşayan 410 kişiye gönüllü olarak uygulanmıştır. Anketlerden elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 22.0 istatistik programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların kripto paraya yönelik görüşlerinin orta düzeyde olduğu, kripto paraya güven konusunda endişelerinin olduğu ve kripto para ile ilgili orta düzeyde bilgi sahibi oldukları saptanmıştır. Araştırmada ayrıca katılımcıların, yaşlarına, cinsiyetlerine, medeni durumlarına, mesleklerine, eğitim durumlarına ve aylık gelir düzeylerine göre kripto paraya yönelik görüşlerinde istatistiksel olarak farklılıkların olduğu saptanmıştır. Money, which has a very important place in social and economic life, has been used in different forms in the historical process by showing development and change over time. In ancient times, materials such as carob, parrot feathers, shells, dried fish were used as currency. Later, precious metals such as gold and fiat currencies began to be used. The strength of fiat currency is due to the economic, political and technological power of the issuing country. However, there are views that fiat currencies may lose their validity in the future and be replaced by digital and crypto currencies. This research was conducted to examine the views of households on the use of cryptocurrency. The questionnaire form prepared for the purpose was applied voluntarily to 410 people living in Nigde province in June and August 2023. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analysed in computer environment through SPSS 22.0 statistical software. As a result of the research, it was determined that the participants' views on cryptocurrency are at a moderate level, they have concerns about trust in cryptocurrency, and they have moderate knowledge about cryptocurrency. In the research, it was also determined that there were statistical differences in the views of the participants towards cryptocurrency according to their age, gender, marital status, occupation, educational status and monthly income levels.
