dc.description.abstractNusretü'l-İslâm ve's-sürûr fî tahrîri Atlas Mayor veya en kolay söylemiyle Tercüme-i Atlas Mayor 17. yüzyılda coğrafyacı Ebûbekir Efendi adıyla da bilinen Ebû Bekir Abdullah b. Muhammed b. Behrâm ed-Dımaşkî tarafından yazılmış olan bir coğrafya ve seyahatname eseridir. Bu eser, Joan Blaeu'nun 1662'de basılan Atlas Maior adlı dünya coğrafyası kitabının çevirisidir. Müellifin "tahrir" olarak belirttiği bu eserde tercümenin dışına çıkılan kısımlar mevcut olup bu kısımlar genellikle İslâm memleketlerine ve özellikle Osmanlı ülkelerine aittir. Bu çalışmanın konusu -bu özelliğiyle bir seyâhatnâme olma vasfı taşıyan- Türkiye coğrafyasına ait kısımlarının Osmanlı Türkçesinden Türkiye Türkçesine çevrilerek aktarılmasıdır. Çalışmamızda birden fazla yazma nüshası bulunan bu eserin Nuruosmaniye Kütüphanesindeki 2959 numaralı nüshası incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde seyahatname ve tarihi uzantıları ele alınmıştır. Ardından Osmanlı'da coğrafya bilgisinin mahiyetini ve Osmanlı edebiyatındaki yerini göstermek amacıyla kronolojik sırayla 14. yüzyıldan eserin yazılmaya başlandığı 1675 tarihine kadar yazılan seyahatnamelerden ve eserin kendisi ve müellifinden bahsedilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ise yazma eserin çalışmayla ilgili kısmının bilimsel transkripsiyonu verilmiştir. Son bölüm olan üçüncü bölümde ise farklı başlıklar altında yer adları dizini verilmiştir. Sonuç kısmında ise, çalışmanın değeri ve bu eserin neden transkripsiyon edilmesi gerektiği hakkında fikir yürütülmüştür. dc.description.abstractNusretü'l-İslâm ve's-sürûr fî tahrîri Atlas Mayor or with the easiest rhetoric Translation of Atlas Mayor is a geography and travelogue written by Abu Bakr Abdullah b. Muhammed b. Behrâm ed-Dımaşkî, also known as the geographer Ebû Bekir Efendi in the 17th century . This work is a translation of Joan Blaeu's book of World Geography, published in 1662 and titled Atlas Maior. In this work, which the author refers to as "tahrir", there are parts that go beyond the translation, and these parts usually belong to Islamic hometowns and especially Ottoman countries.The subject of this study-which has the merit of being a travelogue with this feature - is the translation of parts of the geography of Turkey from Ottoman Turkish into present Turkish and transferred to the present day. In our study, the copy of number 2959 of this work in the Nuruosmaniye Library which has more than one copy of the manuscript, was discussed. In the first part of the study, the reasons for writing travelogues and their historical extensions are discussed. Then, in order to show the nature of geography knowledge in the Ottoman Empire and the place of this work in Ottoman literature, travelogues written from the 14th century to the 1675 when the work began to be written in chronological order and the work itself and its author were mentioned. In the second part of the study, a scientific transcription of the part of the writing work related to the study is given. In the third section, which is the last section, the directory of place names is given under different headings. In the conclusion section, the idea of the value of the work and why this work should be transcribed was carried out.
