Kalsit, asidik kırmızı-45 ve anilin halojenür katkılı hidrojellerin elektro-optik özelliklerinin incelenmesi

Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında kalsit, asidik kırmızı-45, anilin halojenür katkılı hidrojeller sentezlendi. Bütün numunelerin yapısal, morfolojik, dielektrik, optik ve iletkenlik özellikleri teknolojik uygulamalardaki kullanılabilirliklerini belirlemek için incelendi. Bu amaçla bütün numunelerinin X-ışını kırınımı, taramalı elektron mikroskobu, enerji dağılımlı X-ışını, dielektrik ve UV-Vis spektroskopi ölçümleri yapıldı. Bütün numunelerin dielektrik karakteristiğinin, düşük frekans bölgesinde elektrot ve arayüz polarizasyonuyla bağlantılı Maxwell-Wagner teorisi ile uyumlu olduğu bulundu. Yüksek frekans bölgesinde Koop teorisi ve Brownian hareketinin numunelerin iletkenlik mekanizmasında etkin olduğu belirlendi. KI, KII, AK-45, anilin ve anilin halojenür katkılı hidrojellerin hangi gevşeme gevşeme modelleri ilei ile uyumlu olduğu belirlendi. KI, KII ve AK-45 boya katkılı hidrojellerin karmaşık elektrik modülünün düzlem grafiklerinin, anilin halojenür katkılı hidrojellerin ise karmaşık dielektrik sabitinin düzlem grafiklerinin farklı eşdeğer RC devrelerine karşılık geldiği görüldü. Böylece, katkılı hidrojellerin üretim sürecinin elektronik devre uygulamalarında son derece önemli olduğu tespit edildi. In this thesis work, calcite, acidic red-45, aniline halide doped hydrogels were synthesized. Structural, morphological, dielectrical, optical and conductivity properties of all samples were examined to determine their usage in technological applications. For this purpose, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray, dielectric and UV-Vis spectroscopy meausrements of all samples were performed. It was found that dielectric characteristic of all samples behaved in accordance with the Maxwell-Wagner theory associated with electrode and interface polarization in low frequency region. It has been determined that Koop theory and Brownian motion have an effect on conductivity mechanism of samples in the high frequency region. It was determined which relaxation models are compatible with CI, CII, AR-45, aniline halide doped hydrogels. It was determined plane plots of the complex electrical modulus of CI, CII and AR-45 dye doped/imprinted hydrogels, and plane plots of the complex dielectric constant of aniline and aniline halide imprinted hydrogels correspond to different equivalent RC circuits. Thus, it has been determined that production process of doped hydrogels is extremely important in electronic circuit applications.
