İşletmelerin Dağıtım Stratejilerinin Oluşturulması Modeli: Dağıtım Koşullarının Ağır Olduğu Türkiye'deki Doğu ve Kuzey İlleri Üzerine Örnek Bir Uygulama

Özet
Literatürdeki mevcut çalışmalar dağıtım giderlerini minimize etmede doğrusal programlama modellerinin kullanılabileceğini işaret etmekte olup işletmelerin bir çoğu, özelliklede ekonomik olarak gelişmişlik düzeyi yüksek olmayan ve fiziki dağıtım koşullarının zor olduğu illere dağıtım yapanlar, bu modellerden etkin olarak yararlanmamaktadırlar. Fiziki dağıtım koşullarının ağır olduğu illere dağıtım yapan firmanın dağıtım maliyetini minimize etmeyi sağlayacak model oluşturmayı hedefleyen bu çalışmada, öncelikle örnek olarak seçilen firmanın dağıtım sistemindeki rut planı belirlenmiştir. Mevcut plan doğrultusunda firmanın toplam dağıtım maliyeti tespit edilip, aynı dağıtım sistemi ve firma değerleri esas alınarak model kurulmuştur. Bu çalışma, modelle yapılan dağıtım maliyetinin fiilen gerçekleşen dağıtım maliyeti ile karşılaştırıldığında, dağıtım maliyetinin minimize edildiğini göstermektedir. Çalışma sonucu, batı illerini baz alarak yapılan çalışmalara paralel olarak dağıtım maliyetlerinin minimize edilmesinde tamsayılı doğrusal programlama modeli daha avantajlı bir dağıtım sistemini öngörmektedir.
Existing studies in the literature suggest that, linear programming could be used in minimising distribution costs. However, most of the firms, particularly firms that are distributing to the cities that are not economically well developed and have a difficult environmental conditions for distribution, are not using the linear programming effectively to reduce the distribution cost. This study aims to set up a model to minimise the distribution cost of firms that have to distribute to the cities that have difficult environmental conditions. In this study, first, the route plan of the sampled firm was determined and the actual distribution cost on the basis of the plan was determined. We then set up a model for the firm by taking into account the same distribution system. The result of this study showed that, calculated distribution cost on the basis of the model set up in this study minimised the actual distribution cost. The result of this study, which is in line with the results of studies carried out in the western cities that are economically developed, suggest that, in minimising the distribution cost, in the linear integer programming model gives rise to an important distribution system that have an advantages over other alternative distribution systems.
