Özet
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı; örgütsel adalet ile örgütsel yabancılaşma arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesidir. Araştırmada çalışanların örgütsel adalet algıları ve örgütsel yabancılaşma düzeylerinin saptanması ve demografik özellikleri açısından örgütsel adalet ile örgütsel yabancılaşma düzeylerinde farklılaşma olup olmadığı da sorgulanmıştır. Amaç doğrultusunda kişisel bilgi formu, örgütsel adalet ölçeği ve örgütsel yabancılaşma ölçeğinden oluşan veri toplama aracı olan anket, 2023 yılında Niğde ilinde özel sektörde çalışan 364 çalışana uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verinin analizi bilgisayar ortamında istatistik paket programları aracılığı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, çalışanların örgütsel adalet algılarının orta düzeyde ve örgütsel yabancılaşmalarının düşük düzeyde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada, aynı zamanda örgütsel yabancılaşma ile örgütsel adalet arasında negatif yönlü ilişkilerin olduğu, örgütsel yabancılaşma üzerinde örgütsel adaletin dağıtım ve işlem adaleti boyutlarının etkisinin olmadığı, etkileşim adaletinin ise örgütsel yabancılaşmayı negatif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Alt boyutlar itibarıyla da değişkenler arasında çeşitli düzeylerde negatif yönlü anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, araştırmada katılımcıların yaşlarına, medeni durumlarına, pozisyonlarına ve kurumda çalışma sürelerine göre örgütsel adalet algılarının farklılık göstermediği, cinsiyetlerine ve eğitim düzeylerine göre örgütsel adalet algılarında farklılaşmaların olduğu bulunmuştur. Bunun yanında, araştırma kapsamında katılımcıların kurumda çalışma sürelerine göre örgütsel yabancılaşma düzeylerinde farklılık görülmezken, yaşlarına, cinsiyetlerine, medeni durumlarına, eğitim durumlarına ve pozisyonlarına göre farklılaşmaların olduğu saptanmıştır. The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational alienation. In this study, it was also aimed to determine employees' perceptions of organizational justice and organizational alienation levels and whether there is a difference in organizational justice and organizational alienation levels in terms of demographic characteristics. For this purpose, the questionnaire which is a data collection tool consisting of personal information form, organizational justice scale and organizational alienation scale, was applied to 364 employees working in the private sector in Niğde in 2023. The analysis of the data was carried out through statistical package programs. As a result of the research, it was concluded that employees' perceptions of organizational justice were at a medium level and organizational alienation were at a low level. In this study, it was also determined that there was a negative relationship between organizational alienation and organizational justice, and that distributive and transactional justice dimensions of organizational justice had no effect on organizational alienation, while interaction justice had a negative effect on organizational alienation. In terms of sub-dimensions, significant negative relationships were found between the variables at various levels. In addition, it was determined in the study that the participants' perceptions of organizational justice did not differ according to their age, marital status, position and working time in the organization, while there were differences in their perceptions of organizational justice according to their gender and education level. Finally, it was found that there were no differences in the organizational alienation levels of the participants according to their working time in the organization, while there were differences according to their age, gender, marital status, educational status and position.
