dc.description.abstractBu çalışma ilköğretim fen ve teknoloji ile matematik öğretmenlerinin ölçme-değerlendirme yöntemleri konusundaki yeterlik düzeylerini ölçmeye yarayan bir ölçeğin geliştirilmesini ve öğretmenlerin bu yöntemlerle ilgili yeterlik algılarını belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaçla Niğde il, ilçe ve köylerinde görev yapan 272 öğretmenle bir tarama çalışması yapılmıştır. Çalışma, öğretmenlerin ölçme-değerlendirme yöntemleri konusundaki yeterliklerinin 4 boyut oluşturduğunu bunların (1) Yeni, (2) Öğrencilerin Kavramsal Becerilerini Tespite Yönelik, (3) Öğrencilerin Kendilerine Yönelik ve (4) Geleneksel ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemlerindeki yeterlikler olduğunu; öğretmenlerin bu boyutlardaki yeterlikleri karşılaştırıldığında kendilerini en çok yeterli gördükleri boyutların sırasıyla 4., 1., 3. ve 2. faktörler olduğunu göstermiştir.
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to develop a scale to measure elementary science and mathematics teachers’ competence in measurement and evaluation methods and assess teachers’ proficiency levels on these methods. A survey with 272 teachers in Niğde city, town and village showed that the teachers competence on the methods formed four dimensions: (1) New, (2) Those assessing the conceptual abilities students, (3) Those intended for students, and (4) Traditional. When the competence in these factors were compared, it was also found that the teachers see themselves more adequate in the fourth, first, and third dimensions, but less adequate in the second dimension.
