Özet
Teknolojinin gelişimi sivil hayatta olduğu kadar, askeri alanda da önemli kırılmalara neden olmaktadır. Geliştirilen savaş araçlarının doğru yer ve zamanda kullanıldığı takdirde savaş alanlarında önemli bir üstünlük kazandırdığı bilinmektedir. Son dönemde; Suriye, Libya, Azerbaycan ve Ukrayna harekât alanlarında kullanılan S/İHA Sistemleri, askeri alanda dünya savaş literatüründe en çok tartışılan konulardan biri olmuştur. Özellikle Türkiye Savunma Sanayisi tarafından üretilen insansız platformlar dünyanın birçok noktasında kullanılmış ve gözle görülür bir etkiye yol açmıştır. Harekât ve savaş alanlarında elde edilen sonuçların ardından, Türkiye'ye ait sistemlerin uluslararası basında dikkatlerini üzerine çekmesine ve askeri alanda büyük tartışmaların yaşanmasına neden olmuştur. Çalışmada, Türkiye'nin milli savunma sanayisi tarafından üretimi gerçekleştirilen S/İHA Sistemlerinin, kullanıldığı asimetrik ve konvansiyonel savaşlardaki kullanım taktiklerine, savaş alanına etkisine, Türkiye'nin savunma stratejisine ve jeopolitik çıkarlarına ne tür bir avantaj kazandıracağı literatür taraması yapılarak incelenecektir.
The development of technology causes significant changes in the military field as well as in civilian life. It is known that the developed war vehicles, if used in the right place and time, gain a significant advantage on the battlefields. In the last period; S/UAV Systems, which are used in Syria, Libya, Azerbaijan and Ukraine operational areas, have been one of the most discussed topics in the world war literature in the military field. Unmanned platforms, especially produced by the Turkish Defense Industry, have been used in many parts of the world and have had a noticeable effect. After the results obtained in the field of operations and warfare, the systems belonging to Turkey attracted the attention of the international press and caused great debates in the military field. In the study, what kind of advantage the S/UAV Systems produced by Turkey's national defense industry will give to the tactics of use in asymmetrical and conventional wars, its impact on the battlefield, Turkey's defense strategy and geopolitical interests will be examined by literature review.
