Özet
İbn Haldun, tarihten felsefeye, iktisattan siyasete kadar çok geniş bir yelpazede fikir üretmiş ve birçok alanda öncü olmuş, eleştirel bakışı güçlü bir toplumbilimci ve özgün bir düşünürdür.Bu çalışmada, yönetim tarzının İslami veyahut seküler anlayışta olabilirliğine karşı durmadan, aklı ön planda tutan siyasi otoritenin devlete olan etkileri İbn Haldun perspektifinden değerlendirilmiştir. Üç bölümden oluşan çalışmanın ilk bölümünde İbn Haldun'un hayatı, eserleri ve görüşlerinden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde bedevi ve hazari toplumlardaki otorite ile dini otorite olan halifeliğin siyasi otoriteye dönüşmesi ele alınmıştır. Son bölümde ise devletlerin özellikleri ve de gelişimleri incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma hazırlanırken ilgili kitap ve makaleler ile literatür tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. İbn Haldun'un hem kendi yazdığı eserlerinden hem de hakkında yazılmış eserlerden yararlanılmıştır.
Ibn Khaldun, who has produced a wide range of ideas from economics to politics from history to philosophy and has been a pioneer in many areas, of critical perspective, is a powerful and original thinker sociologist. In this study, practical effects of the state's political authority in the foreground are evaluated from the perspective of Ibn Khaldun without confronting the management style of Islamic or secular comity. The study consists of three parts, in the first part Ibn Khaldun's life, his studies, ideas and views are discussed. In the second part, the authority of the Bedouin and Hadare communities has been discussed with religious authority which turned into a caliphate's political authority. In the last section, properties and the development of the state have been studied.While preparing this study, review of literature method has been used with concerning books and articles. Both Ibn Khaldun's own works and the works written about him have been used.
