Mikronize Kalsit ve Uçucu Kül Katkısının Beton Özelliklerine Etkisinin Araştırılması

dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Niğde bölgesinden temin edilen mikrokalsitin ve Yumurtalık Sugözü Termik Santralinden elde edilen uçucu külün beton özelliklerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Karışımlarda, bağlayıcı miktarı ile su/bağlayıcı oranı sabit tutulmuştur. Mikronize kalsit ve uçucu kül hem ayrı ayrı, hem de birlikte çimento ile %10 ve %20 oranlarında ikame edilerek toplam 7 karışım hazırlanmıştır. Karışımlar üzerinde taze ve sertleşmiş beton deneyleri yapılmıştır. Mikrokalsitin, taze beton özellikleri üzerinde belirgin bir etkisinin olmadığı görülmüştür. Mikrokalsit katkılı betonların erken yaşlardaki basınç dayanımları, şahit ve uçucu kül katkılı betonlara oranla daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Ancak, ileri yaşlarda mikrokalsit katkılı betonların basınç dayanımı, aşınma ve geçirgenlik dirençlerinin daha düşük olduğu görülmüştür.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the effect of microcalsite obtained from Nigde region and fly ash obtained from Yumurtalık Sugözü Thermal Power Plant on the concrete properties were investigated. The amount of binder and the w/b ratio were kept constant in the mixtures. Calcite and fly ash were substituted 10% and 20% of cement both separately and together and prepared 7 mixtures. The fresh and hardened concrete tests were carried out on the mixtures. No remarkable effect on the properties of fresh concrete was observed. The compressive strength in the early days of the mikrocalsite added concrete was higher than control concrete and fly ash added concrete. However, in the following periods the compressive strength, abrasion and permeability resistance of microcalcite concrete were lower.
