Özet
Bu çalışmada çıkış maddesi olarak p-kloroasetafenon kullanıldı. Bu başlangıç maddesi sodyum etoksitli ortamda n-bütülnitrit ile nitrosolanarak İsonitroso-p-kloroasetofenon elde edildi. İsonitroso-p-kloroasetafenon bazik ortamda hidroksilamin hidroklorür ile reaksiyon vererek p-klorofenilglioksimin anti formu sentezlendi. Elde edilen p-klorofenilglioksim kloroform içinde 20-25 oC klorlanarak p-klorofenilkloroglioksim izole edildi. P-klorofenilkloroglioksimin benzidin ile değişik ortamdaki reaksiyonları sonucunda, iki ayrı 4-amino-difenil-4'-amino-p-klorofenilglioksim ve Difenil-4,4'-bis(amino-p-klorofenilglioksim) ligandları sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen ligandların alkollü çözeltilerine suda çözülmüş olan Ni(II), Cu(II) ve Co(II)'nin klorlu tuzları ilave edilerek metal kompleksleri elde edilmiştir. Sentezlenen ligand ve komplekslerin yapıları aydınlatılmıştır.
In this work, p- chloroacetophenone, were used as a starting materials. Isonitroso-p-chloroacetophenone have been isolated through the nitrosation reaction between this starting materials and butlynitrite by sodium ethoxide medium. İsonitroso-p-hydroxyl amine hydro chloride in basic medium chloroacetophenone react with the anti form of p- chloro phenylglioxime were synthesized. Obtained by chlorination of p- chlorophenylchloroglioxime chloro phenylglioxime chloroform in the 20-25 ° C were isolated. Benzidine with P- chlorophenylchloroglioxim reaction as a result of the changes in the environment, 4-amino-diphenyl-4'-amino-p- chlorophenylglioxime and Diphenyl-4, 4'-bis (amino-p-chlorophenylglioxime) were synthesized. Alcoholic solution of the synthesized ligands were dissolved in water to the Ni (II), Cu (II) and Co (II) chloride salts of metal complexes were obtained by adding. Synthesized ligands and complexes structures were identified.
