dc.description.abstractÇalışmada genel olarak Türk Emniyet Teşkilatı'nın Interpol ve Europol ile olan tek ve iki taraflı ilişkilerine değinilmiştir. Araştırmada öncelikle her üç örgütün tarihsel ortaya çıkış süreci, organizasyon yapısı, görev ve sorumlulukları, ürün ve hizmetleri stratejik ve operasyonel bir düzlemde açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bununla birlikte ilişkilerin gelişim süreci, bu süreçte etkili olan faktörlere değinilmiştir. Araştırmanın son bölümünde ise, Türkiye'nin adı geçen örgütlerin çalışma konularının geçiş güzergâhı üzerinde olması nedeniyle ilişkilerin daha üst bir seviyeye taşınmasının taraflara katkısının ne olacağı her üç örgütün işbirliği vasıtasıyla ?Organize Suç ve Suç Örgütleri? ile daha başarılı mücadele edebilecekleri, ?Kazan-Kazan? ilkesi çerçevesinde yasal altyapının ivedilikle gerçekleştirilerek ?İşbirliğinin Güçlendirilmesinin? gerekliliği konusundaki sorulara cevap niteliğinde sonuçlar ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca işbirliğinin artırılmasına yönelik tespit edilen aksaklıklara değinilmiştir.Anahtar Sözcükler: Interpol, Bülten Türleri, Europol, Trevi, Europol Uyuşturucu Birimi.
dc.description.abstractIn this study(thesis) it is referred to the sole and mutual relations of Turkish National Police (TNP) with Interpol and Europol,. Before all, the historical process of becoming in to existence, organisational structures, duties and resposibilities and products and services of all three organisations, have been tried to reveal on strategical and operational area, in this research. Neverthless, development of the relations in between and effective factors of the development are mentioned at the same time. At the last part of the research, because of Turkey is being on the crossing route of mentioned studies of the organisations, relations in betwen of these three organisations have to be carried on to higher level to make it beneficial. Putting the relations on to higher level it can help to cope with ?Organised Crime and Crime Organisations? with principle of ? Win-Win? which can make the ?Coorporation Improvment? to make answers to questions about mentioned studies. And it is refered about determinations of the mentioned studies (issues) to improve the coorporation.Keywords: Interpol, Types of Notices, Europol, Trevi, Europol Drug Unit.
