Doç. Dr. A. İhsan PEKACAR Mayıs-2005, 68 sayfa Bu çalışmada, dimetoksi grubu içeren iminooksim ve metal kompleksleri sentezlenmeye çalışıldı. 3,4- dimetoksiasetofenon başlangıç maddesi olarak kullanıldı. Nitroso bileşiğini sentezlemek için sodyum etoksit ve n-bütilnitrit kullanıldı. îsonitroso- 3,4- dimetoksiasetofenon; 3,4- dimetoksiasetofenon ile n-bütilnitritin reaksiyonu sodyum etoksitli çözeltisinde elde edildi. Hazırlanan nitroso bileşiği ile 3- aminofenol reaksiyona sokularak 3-Hidroksifenilimino-isonitroso-3,4-dimetoksiasetofenon adında değişik iminooksim elde edildi. İminooksim metal tuzlan ile alkollü ortamda reaksiyona sokularak Ni, Cu, Co, Zn ve Cd kompleksleri elde edildi. Oluşan ligand ve komplekslerin yapılarının aydınlatılması NMR, GC- MS, İR ve UV gibi spektroskopik yöntemler kullanılarak yapılmaya çalışıldı. 3-Hidroksifenilimino-isonitroso-3,4-dimetoksiasetofenon ligandı ve bunun beş yeni metal kompleksi sentezlenerek izole edilmiştir. Doç. Dr. A. İhsan PEKACAR May-2005, 68 pages In this this study the synthesis of iminooxime dimethoxy metal complexes were synthesised with 3,4-dimethoxyacetophenone was used as a starting metarial and sodium ethoxide with n-butylnitrite were used to in the synthesis of nitroso compound. Isonitroso-3,4-dimethoxyacetophenone was obtained by reacting 3,4- dimethoxyacetophenone with n-butylnitrite in the presence of sodium ethoxide. The nitroso compound synthesised then were reacted with 3-aminophenol compounds to give the oksim 3-Hydroxyphenylimmo-isonitoso-3,4-dimethoxyacetophenone. iminooxime was reacted with metal salts in alchol condition to achieve Ni, Cu, Co, Zn and Cd metal complexes respectively. The structure of the ligand and complexes obtained were analysed by using spectroscopic methods such as NMR, GC-MS, IR and UV.
