Abstract
Bu çalışmada çıkış maddesi olarak p-metoksiasetafenon, 3,4-dimetoksi asetafenon ve p-kloroasetafenon kullanıldı. Bu başlangıç maddeleri sodyum etoksitli ortamda n-bütülnitrit ilenitrosolanarak İsonitroso-p-metoksiasetafenon, İsonitroso-3,4-dimetoksi asetafenon veİsonitroso-p-kloroasetafenon elde edildi. İsonitroso-p-metoksiasetafenon ve İsonitroso-p-kloroasetafenon'un farklı diaminler (etilendiamin ve 1,4-diaminobütan) ile reaksiyonundan ikiyeni ligand Etilimino-bis(isonitroso-p-metoksiasetafenon)[HL1], 1,4-Bütilimino-bis(isonitroso-p-kloroasetafenon)[HL5] sentezlendi.İsonitroso-p-metoksiasetafenon, İsonitroso-3,4-dimetoksi asetafenon ve İsonitroso-p-kloroasetafenon' un hidroksilaminhidroklorür ile reaksiyonundan üç tane glioksim, p-metoksifenilglioksim[HL2], p-kloro fenil giloksim[HL4] ve 3,4-dimetoksi fenilglioksim[HL3]sentezlendi.Beş ligandın Ni(II), Cu(II), Co(II) ve Zn(II) asetat tuzları ile 20 metal kompleksi sentezlendi.Sentezlenen yeni bileşiklerin yapıları; FT-IR, Elementel Analiz, 1H-NMR, MagnetikSüssebtibilite, Atomik Absorbsiyon, DTA/ TGA Analiz ve MS yöntemleri ile aydınlatıldı.Anahtar Kelimeler: DTA/TGA Analiz, Schiff Baz, İminooksim, Metal Kompleksleri.
In this work, p-metoxiacetophenone, 3,4-dimethoxyacetophenone and p-chloroacetophenonewere used as a starting materials. Isonitroso-p-metoxiacetophenone, Isonitroso-3,4-dimetoxiacetophenone and Isonitroso-p-chloroacetophenone have been isolated through thenitrosation reaction between this starting materials and butlynitrite by sodium ethoxidemedium. Isonitroso-p-metoxyacetophenone and Isonitroso-p-chloroacetophenone werereacted with different diamines (ethylenediamine and 1,4-diaminobutane). As a result ofthese reaction two new ligands; Ethylimino-bis(Isonitroso-p-metoxiacetophenon) [HL1], 1,4-Butylimino-bis-( Isonitroso-p-chloroacetophenon) [HL5], were synthesized.Isonitroso-p-metoxyacetophenone, Isonitroso-3,4-dimetoxyacetophenone and Isonitroso-p-chloroacetophenone were reacted with hydroxylaminhydrochloride. After reactions, threeligands; p-metoxyphenylglioxime[HL2], 3,4-dimetoxyphenylglioxime[HL3], p-chlorophenylglioxime[HL4], were isolated.The complexes of five ligands were synthesized by Ni(II), Cu(II), Co(II) and Zn(II) acetatsalts. As a conclusion of above work, five different ligands and their complexes werecharacterized by spectroscopic metods (FT-IR, elementary analysis, 1H-NMR, MagneticSusceptibility, Atomic Absorbtion, DTA/TGA Analysis and MS spectroscopy).Key Words: DTA/TGA Analysis, Schiff Base, Iminooximes, Metal Complexes.
